ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պատկերացրեք մեծ հարսանիք` բազմաթիվ հյուրերով, համեղ ուտեստներով, գեղեցիկ հրավառությամբ և հրաշալի լուսանկարներով: Իսկապես գեղեցիկ պատկեր է, չէ՞: Թե ինչ է հաջորդելու այդ գեղեցիկ պատկերին` քչերին է հետաքրքրում, ավելի ճիշտ` հետաքրքիր է միայն ամուսնացողներին: Հարսանեկան տոնն այս դեպքում, անկախ իր ճոխությունից` ընդամենը մեկնարկ է, ազդարարում, լավ հեռանկարի կառուցման ճանապարհին դրվող առաջին քարը: Սակայն ինքնին լավ կազմակերպված տոնակատարությունը երաշխիք չէ, որ սպասվող ճանապարհը լինելու է հարթ: Արարողությունը կարող է լինել մոտիվացիա, կարող է դրական լիցքեր հաղորդել դժվար ճանապարհից առաջ, բայց թե ինչպես կանցնեն այդ ճանապարհը նորապսակները, կախված է արդեն հենց իրենցից, ճանապարհից, ճանապարհին ծագած դժվարությունները հաղթահարելուց:
Հիմա, կենցաղային այս դրվագը կարող ենք պրոյեկտել ավելի լայն մի գաղափարի՝ անկախության, անկախ պետության վրա: Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ պայմաններում ենք մենք ձեռք բերել անկախությունը, ինչպես ենք ամեն տարի նշում այդ անկախության տոնը, կարևորը ձեռք բերելու օրվան հաջորդած ժամանակահատվածում ճանապարհը անցնելն է: Այդ դեպքում արդեն անկախությունն իսկապես կլինի ոչ թե օրացուցային հերթական տոն, այլ երկար, պետության դեպքում անվերջ ճանապարհի հիշարժան մեկնարկ՝ իր բազմաթիվ դրական լիցքերով:
Անկախության ձեռքբերումը, անկախ պետությունը ինքնանպատակ չեն: Դրանք բացառապես գեղեցիկ բառեր, հիշարժան ամսաթվեր չեն, արտերկրա նախագահների շնորհավորական ուղերձներում հիշատակվող ձևակերպումներ չեն: Դրանք շատ կոնկրետ ուղենիշեր են, որոնց արժեքը որոշվում է հետագա գործողություններով: Անկախությունը գործառույթ է, անվերջ գործառույթ, անվերջ աշխատանք պահանջող և որևէ տեղ չավարտվող, ընդ որում՝ առաջին հերթին մտածելակերպի անկախության առումով: Փորձենք այս ամենը հիշել ու մտապահել ամեն անգամ սեպտեմբերի 21–ը որպես հերթական տոն, լավ կամ վատ, ճոխ կամ համեստ նշելու և առաջ անցնելու փոխարեն:
