Գանձակում հիմնվում է էներգախնայողությամբ գործող ջերմոցային տնտեսություն
ECONOMICSԳեղարքունիքի մարզի Գանձակ գյուղում ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի ֆինանսավորմամբ եւ համայնքի ղեկավարի անձնական միջոցներից տրամադրված համաֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվում է ջերմոցային տնտեսության հիմնման ծրագիր, որի մեկնարկը տրվել է 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի առաջին օրերից:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Գանձակի գյուղապետ Արմեն Պողոսյանը, ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 22 միլիոն դրամ, որի 20 տոկոսը կազմում է համայնքի անձնական ներդրումը: Ջերմոցը զբաղեցնելու է 260 քառակուսի մետր տարածք եւ աշխատելու է էներգախնայողությամբ: Շինարարական աշխատանքները կավարտվեն այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի ընթացքում, իսկ ջերմոցային տնտեսությունը կսկսի աշխատել մինչեւ տարեվերջ: «Սա ավելի շատ փորձնական ծրագիր է մեր կողմից, որի արդյունավետ լինելու դեպքում համայնքի շատ տնտեսություններում շահագրգռված կլինեն ստեղծելու ջերմոցային նմանատիպ տնտեսություններ: Ջերմոցում կաճեցվի ռուկոլա կոչվող բույսը, որի արտադրության ինքնարժեքը շատ ցածր է, իսկ իրացման գինը՝ բարձր ու շահավետ: Դրան զուգահեռ՝ ջերմոցային տնտեսությունը կաճեցնի նաեւ բանջարեղենի այլ տեսակներ, հոլանդական վարդեր: Մենք տարվա մեծ մասում ունենք արեւոտ օրեր, ուստի, համոզված ենք, որ ջերմոցը կարող է աշխատել արդյունավետ, ապահովել բավարար շահույթ, շահագրգռել տնտեսություններին, որպեսզի կարողանան իրենք իրենց հողի վրա եկամուտ ստանալ տարվա բոլոր եղանակներին»,- ներկայացրեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
