SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վստահ է, որ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին երևանցիների կամքին ոչ ոք չի կարող բռնանալ: «Ազգային ժողովում նշվում է առաջին խորհրդարանի 100-ամյակը: Ես այնտեղ կարճ ելույթ ունեցա, որտեղ նշեցի, որ խորհրդարանի իմաստը ժողովրդի ձայնը, կամքն ու ընտրությունը արտահայտելն է, սակայն այս խորհրդարանը չի արտահայտում ժողովրդի կամքը և ձևավորվել է մի ընտրությունների արդյունքում, որը եղել է համատարած ընտրակաշառքի մթնոլորտում: Հայաստանում չի կարող այլևս լինել նման խորհրդարան: Նոր Հայաստանի քաղաքացին պետք է ունենա իր կողմից, իր ձեռքով ձեւավորված խորհրդարան»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը`Երևանի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի նախընտրական հանդիպման ժամանակ:
Նրա խոսքով` ժողովուրդն է որոշեու, թե որ քաղաքական ուժերն իրավունք ունեն խորհրադարանում ներկայացնելու ժողովրդի կամքը: «Մեր գլխավոր նպատակն արդար ու թափանցիկ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն անցկացնելն է և դուք ունեք այդ հնարավորությունը՝ ձեր կամքը դարձնել գերակայություն: Ստացվեց այնպես, որ Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում մենք պետք է լուծենք համապետական և համազգային խնդիր: Սակայն սա չի նշանակում, որ այսպիսով Երևանի քաղաքապետի ընտրությունը ստվերում է մնում: Հակառակը, այսպիսով ավելի են կարևորվում ավագանու ընտրությունները, ավելի է ամրանալու հաղթող ուժի դիրքերը: Մենք ասել ենք, որ Հայաստանում հիմնադրվում է կառավարման նոր համակարգ, որն ուղիղ ժողովրդաիշխանությունն է, սակայն սա չի նշանակում, որ մեր նպատակը ձեզ տնից տեղից կտրել ու ամբողջ օրը փողոցներ հանելն է, հեղափոխություններ անելը»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
Դիմելով քաղաքացիներին` վարչապետն ասաց, որ ինքն ու իրենց թիմը հույս են դնում նրանց վրա, որ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին նրանք իրենց կամքը կարտահայտեն ու կմասնակցեն ընտրություններին` ընտրատեղամասեր գնալով ու «Իմ Քայլը» դաշինքի օգտին քվեարկելով: «Հայաստանի քաղաքացին պետք է իրեն ասի՝ ես հաղթեցի, ու պետք է զգա, որ իր ձայնը տեղ է հասել, իր ձայնը որոշիչ է: Ժողովուրդն իշխանության ճակատագիրը որոշող միակ ուժն է այս երկրում և այդպես է լինելու այսուհետ»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
