Անկախ արդյունքից՝ հաղթողը ժողովուրդն է լինելու
SOCIETYԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր, Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների ԲՀԿ շտաբի պետ Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ամփոփելով քարոզաշավը նշեց, որ այն անցավ բավականին ակտիվ և հագեցած ժամանակացույցով, քանի որ տրամադրված ժամանակը բավականին կարճ էր:
«Այս ընթացքում գործում էր «սպրինտերի» հոգեբանությունը՝ արագ հասնել վազքուղու եզրագծին: Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում որոշ թյուրիմացություններ եղան, որոնք նման դեպքերում երբեմն լինում են: Նշեմ, որ կատարվածը թեև արտառոց չէր, սակայն անընդունելի էր ինձ համար: Վստահ եմ, որ ազգային զարթոնքից հետո սա առաջին արդար և թափանցիկ ընտրությունն է, ուստի բոլորս պետք է պատվախնդրություն ունենանք այն անթերի անցել: Ես վստահ եմ, որ ընտրություններից հետո և՛ մեր, և՛ միջազգային հանրությունը դա կարձանագրի: Ես վստահ եմ նաև, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքներն արձանագրվելուց հետո, բոլորը նաև ներքին համոզմունք կունենան, որ այն արդար մրցապայքարի շնորհիվ է արձանագրվել: Ես ցանկանում եմ, որ այս ընտրությունները դառնան մեր նոր Հայաստանի գեղեցիկ առաջընթացի սկիզբը»,- ասաց Ս. Բագրատյանը:
ԲՀԿ շտաբի պետը նշեց նաև, որ ընտրություններից հետո պետք չէ ո՛չ հաղթողներ փնտրել, ո՛չ էլ պարտվողներ, քանի որ ինչպիսի արդյունքներ էլ արձանագրվեն, միևնույն է, հաղթողը ժողովուրդն է լինելու:
«Արդար ընտրության պայմաններում ժողովրդի հավաքական կամքի արտահայտությունը մշտապես ճիշտ արդյունք է արձանագրում: Ես ցանկանում եմ, որ Երևանի ավագանու այս արտահերթ ընտրությունը լինի այն սկզբը, որից հետո բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերն ավելի մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ վերաբերվեն իրենց ստանձնած պարտավորությունների իրականացմանը»,- ասաց Ս. Բագրատյանը:
Նա հավելեց նաև, որ երբ ընտրության արդյունքները չեն ձևավորվում ժողովրդի իրական քվեի և կամարտահայտության շնորհիվ, քաղաքական դաշտում այլ իրողություններ են ի հայտ գալիս: Եվ հիմա, երբ իրական քաղաքական պայքար մղելու և սեփական ուժերը վերարժևորելու բոլոր հնարավորությունները ստեղծված են, դա հնարավորություն է տալու նաև ապագայում առավել մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ լծվել ստանձնած պարտավորությունների իրականացմանը, որպեսզի արդարանան հասարակության սպասելիքները:
«Վստահ եմ, որ մեր բոլոր մրցակիները մեր քաղաքացիներն են, բոլորն էլ արժանի են հարգանքի և կարող են ընտրվել: Բոլորիս գլխավոր նպատակը մեկն է՝ Երևանը դարձնել բարեկեցիկ, գեղեցիկ, հզոր հոգևոր մշակույթ ունեցող մայրաքաղաք: Ու թեև այդ նույն նպատակին հասնելու ուղիները տարբեր են, բայց, իմ կարծիքով, հենց այդ բազմազանությունը կօգնի մեր երևանցիներին ճիշտ որոշում կատարել»,- ասաց Ս. Բագրատյանը:
