 Ինչպես հայտնի է 12-ամյա կրթական համակարգին անցման հետևանքով այս տարի Հայաստանյան բուհեր դիմորդների թիվը կտրուկ նվազեց, քանի որ շրվանավարտների թվի անկում է արձանագրվել՝ ընդամենը 4626 շրջանավարտ՝ նախորդ տարվա 12 000-ի համեմատ:  Սակայն Գ.Վ. Պլեխանովի անվան Ռուսաստանի տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի Երևանի մասնաճյուղին այս տարի հաջողվել է ոչ միայն ապահովել նախորդ տարվա ընդունելության ցուցանիշներն, այլ մի շարք մասնագիտությունների գծով նույնիսկ գերազանցել այն։

Այս կապակցությամբ եռօրյա այցով գլխամասային համալսարանից, որն ի դեպ ունի 22 մասնաճյուղ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում, երևանյան մասնաճյուղ էր ժամանել պրոռեկտոր Ա. Մ. Ասալիևը՝ անձամբ շնորհավորելու և շնորհակալագրեր հանձնելու երևանցի գործընկերներին։

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին և ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկան ԱԺ գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը, բարերար, «Թովմասյան» հիմնադրամի նախագահ Արտակ Թովմասյանը, Երևանում Ռուսաստանի գիտության և մշակույթի կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սերգեյ Ռիբինսկին, ՌԴ դեսպանատան առաջին քարտուղար՝ Դմիտրի Ստեպանովը և ուրիշներ։

Մասնաճյուղի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանը ներկայացրեց անցած ուսումնական տարում իրականացված ծրագրերն ու բարեփոխումները, որոնք ներդրումային ծավալի տեսանկյունից մասնաճյուղում աննախադեպ են։ Իրականացվել է շենքի ամբողջական վերանորոգում, ջեռուցման և անվտանգության համակարգերի տեղադրում, տեխնիկական հագեցվածության լիարժեք ապահովում, լավագույն ուսանողներին կրթաթոշակների շնորհում և այլն։

2018/2019 ուսումնական տարում կմեկնարկեն նաև ուսանողների փոխանակման ծրագրեր։

Մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Թամարա Վարդանյանն էլ իր հերթին, գոհունակություն հայտնելով այս տարվա ընդունելության արդյունքներից, նշեց, որ մասնաճյուղ ընդունված առաջին կուրսեցիների գրեթե 50%-ը հետխորհրդային տարածքում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցներն են։ Տնօրենը շեշտեց, որ իրենք հետևողականորեն իրականացնում են «հայրենադարձություն՝ կրթության միջոցով» պայմանական անվանում ստացած ծրագիրը, որի նպատակն է մասնաճյուղը համալրել հիմնականում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում (նաև Վրաստանում, Ուկրաինայում, Բելոռուսում, Մոլդովայում, միջինասիական հանրապետություններում) բնակվող հայ պատանիներից և աղջիկներից։ «Կրթության շուկայում մեր առաջարկը եզակիներից է, որակյալ կրթությունը զուգակցում ենք Հայրենիքում ապրելու և ուսանելու բերկրանքով։ Ուսանելու տարիներին նրանք ինտեգրվում են ներհայաստանյան կյանքին, բարելավում հայոց լեզվի, գրականության և պատմության մասին ունեցած գիտելիքները։ Իսկ երբ ուսումնառության ավարտին հաճախ ցանկություն են հայտնում մնալ և աշխատել Հայաստանում, ապա մեր պարտականությունների շարքում է նաև նրանց աշխատանքի տեղավորման հարցը» - հավելեց Թ. Վարդանյանը։
