POLITICSԵրևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազությունում քրեական գործն է հարուցվել առերևույթ ընտրակաշառք տալու և ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ դատախազությունից:
2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն է զանգահարել մի քաղաքացի և հայտնել, որ Երևան քաղաքի Արզումանյան փողոցի մի բնակիչ 40.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար է վերցրել՝ Երանի ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններից մեկի օգտին քվեարկելու համար:
Դեպքի առթիվ նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր, որոնց ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին՝ ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, մի քաղաքացի 40.000 ՀՀ դրամ է տրամադրել Երևան քաղաքի Արզումանյան փողոցի բնակչին՝ Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների մասնակից կուսակցություններից մեկի օգտին քվեարկելու համար:
Վերջինս ստացած գումարը Երևան քաղաքի Շինարարներ փողոցում փոխանցել է որդուն, ով հիշյալ գումարից 25.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով կատարել է տարբեր վճարումներ, իսկ 15.000 ՀՀ դրամը հայրը վերցրել և ներկայացրել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են թեկնածուներից, կուսակցություններից (կուսակցությունների դաշինքներից) որևէ մեկի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու կամ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար երկու ընտրողներին անձամբ կամ միջնորդի միջոցով կաշառք առաջարկելու հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազության ավագ դատախազի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2. հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերով:
Քրեական գործը նախաքննություն կատարելու հանձնարարությամբ ուղարկվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն:
