ՀՌԱՀ-ը քարոզարշավի ընթացքում որևէ բողոք չի ստացել և որևէ խախտում չի արձանագրել

Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոընկերությունների կողմից Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի ընթացքում  ապահովվել են հավասար պայմաններ բոլոր կուսակցություների և դաշինքների համար:  Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովի իրավանական և լիցենզավորման վարչության պետ Դավիթ Մարգարյանը՝ ներկայացնելով վերգետնյա եթերային հեռարձակում իրականացնող հեռուստատեսությունների, ռադիոընկերությունների կողմից կուսակցությունների, կուսակցությունների դաշիքների համար հավասար պայմանների ապահովման գնահատման մշտադիտարկումը, մշտադիտատարկման մեթոդաբանությունը: Նրա խոսքով՝ յուրաքանչյուր ուժին տրվել է հավասար հնարավորություն:

 

«Մշտադիտակումը ընթացքի մեջ է, քանի որ գիտեք այսօր լռության օր  և մեր կողմից նույնպես մշտադիտարկում է իրականացվում այսօր ևս: Մինչ այսօր մենք բողոք չենք ստացել հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի կողմից խախտման որևիցե արձագանք, ինչպես նաև մեր կողմից չի արձանագրվել որևէ խախտում», -ասաց Մարգարյանը:

 

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ ամփոփիչ եզրակացությունը կլինի ընտրությունների ամփոփումից երկու օր առաջ:

 

«Մշտադիտարկման մեթոդաբանությունը մեր կողմից հրապարակվել է արդեն իսկ օգոստոսի 26-ից, թե ինչ կարգով պետք է հեռուստաընկերությունների և ռադիոընկերությունների մշտադիտարկումը իրականացվի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակահատվածում»,- ասաց  Մարգարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ համաձայն այդ մշտադիտարկման՝ կատարվել են բոլոր քայլերը:
