Ադրբեջանին վաճառած զենքը կրակում է Հայաստանի վրա. Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ Բելառուսի խորհրդարանում
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՍեպտեմբերի 24-ին Մինսկում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի և Բելառուսի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի միջև համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 11-րդ նիստը, որի ընթացքում ելույթ է ունեցել ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից: Ի թիվս մի շարք հարցերի ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահն անդրադարձել է նաև ՀԱՊԿ գործունեությանն ու տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության խնդիրներին՝ մասնավորապես նշելով.
«Հայ-բելառուսական միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունները կարևորվում են ՀԱՊԿ-ին և ԵԱՏՄ-ին մեր երկու պետությունների անդամակցությամբ: Անվտանգության հարցերը շարունակում են առանցքային լինել մեր տարածաշրջանի համար: Դեռևս 2000 թվականին մեր պետությունները Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի շրջանակում ընդունել են հռչակագիր, որի համաձայն կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը պետք է կրի առաջնային բնույթ, սակայն գաղտնիք չէ, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ որոշ պետություններ զենք են վաճառում Ադրբեջանին:
Հարկ եմ համարում ընդգծել, որ Ադրբեջանին վաճառած զենքը կրակել, կրակում և հավանաբար կրակելու է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ: Սա մտահոգիչ է:
Պետք է նշեմ, որ վերջին շրջանում ադրբեջանական ուժերը հաճախակի կրակ են արձակում Հայաստանի սահմանակից շրջանների խաղաղ բնակչության ուղղությամբ, ինչը միջազգային բոլոր նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտում է: Կարծում եմ՝ մեր գործընկերները պետք է դատապարտեն նման ապակառուցողական քաղաքականությունը»:
