Ադրբեջանական կողմից ՌԴ քաղաքացու բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ արձակելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության փորձի, հրկիզման, պայթյունի կամ հանրավտանգ այլ եղանակով, ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական ատելության կամ կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով գույքը դիտավորությամբ վնասելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 15:07-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության մարտական հենակետերից ինքնությունը չպարզված անձանց կողմից տարբեր տրամաչափի մարտական զենքերից կրակոցներ են արձակվել Բաղանիս-Ոսկեպար սահմանամերձ միջպետական ավտոճանապարհով ընթացող, ՌԴ քաղաքացու կողմից վարվող «DAF XF 95» մակնիշի K169ÑÐ15rus համարանիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով վնասվե լ է նշված ավտոմեքենայի շարժիչը:
Դեպքի կապակցությամբ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը՝ Ա.Ելդզարովը, ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել:
Նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ, 13-րդ կետերով և 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով (սպանության փորձ, հրկիզման, պայթյունի կամ հանրավտանգ այլ եղանակով, ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական ատելության կամ կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով գույքը դիտավորությամբ վնասելը):
Ա.Ելդզարովը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Նա կրակոցների հետևանքով մարմնական վնասվածքներ չի ստացել:
Քանի որ Բաղանիս-Ոսկեպար միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի և հարակից սահմանամերձ գյուղերի ուղղությամբ շարունակվել են կրակոցները, ուստի, տեղանքի վտանգավորության պատճառով, դեպքի վայրի զննություն հնարավոր չի եղել կատարել:
«DAF XF 95» մակնիշի K 169 հՀ 15 rus համարանիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենան գտնվում է դեպքի վայրում:
Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի վայրում քննչական գործողություններ կատարելու և տրանսպորտային միջոցը դուրս բերելու ուղղությամբ:
