ՌԴ-ում արտասահմանյան վարորդական իրավունքով վարորդներին կարող են արգելել աշխատել, այդ թվում և ԵԱՏՄ քաղաքացիներին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ Պետդումայի քննարկմանը նոր օրինագիծ է ներկայացվել, որն արգելում է արտասահմանյան անձնագիր ունեցող անձանց աշխատել որպես վարորդ:
Ինչպես նշում է «Կոմսոմոլսկայա պրավդան», «ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության մասին» ներկայիս օրենքում ևս նման կետ կա, սակայն բացառություններ են արված Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (Հայաստան, Բելառուս, Ղազախստան, Ղըրղզստան) քաղաքացիների և այն երկրների քաղաքացիների համար, որտեղ ռուսերենը պաշտոնական լեզու է (Հարավային Օսիա):
Օրինագծի հեղինակի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանում աճում է արտասահմանցի վարորդների մասնակցությամբ վթարների թիվը:
ՌԴ ՆԳՆ տվյալներով՝ այս տարվա առաջին վեց ամսում նրանց մասնակցությամբ 2395 ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել, որոնց հետևանքով 246 մարդ է մահացել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Ռուսաստանում այդ ժամանակահատվածում 69 000 ՃՏՊ է գրանցվել:
Արտասահմանյան վարորդական իրավունքներով երթուղային տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելն արգելելու մասին օրենքն ուժի մեջ էր մտել 2017-ի հուլիսին:
