Դիֆթերիայի մտահոգիչ ռիսկեր կան. ԱՆ-ն հորդորում է պատվաստվել

Երկարատև հանգիստ համաճարակային վիճակից հետո դիֆթերիա հիվանդությունը աշխարհում վերադառնում է: Շատ կարճ ժամանակում նորանոր երկրներ են ընդգրկվել՝ Վենեսուելա, Ուկրաինա, Հնդկաստան, Հարավային Աֆրիկա, Եմեն և այլն: Այս մասին հայտնում են Առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
Հնդկաստանի լրատվամիջոցների հաղորդագրության համաձայն` վերջին երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում (սեպտեմբերի 6-23) երկրում արձանագրվել է դիֆթերիայի 147 դեպք, որոնցից 18-ը` մահվան ելքով:
Դիֆթերիան վտանգավոր օդակաթիլային վարակ է, որը տարածվում է հիվանդի փռշտալու և հազալու ժամանակ: Վարակվելու ռիսկի գործոններն են՝ փակ տարածքներում շատ մարդկանց առկայությունը, վատ հիգիենիկ պայմանները, պատվաստումներից հրաժարումները:
Հիվանդությանը բնորոշ է՝ ցավ կոկորդում, հազ, ջերմության բարձրացում, քթից արտադրություն, դժվարաշնչություն, բկանցքում հաստ, գորշ փառի առաջացում:
Դիֆթերիայի նույնիսկ վաղ բուժման պարագայում բարդություններն անխուսափելի են և հիվանդությունը 10% դեպքերում բերում է մահվան:
Չի բացառվում Հնդկաստանից հիվանդության տարածումն այլ երկրներ, այդ թվում Հայաստան, հաշվի առնելով բնակչության ակտիվ տեղաշարժերը:
Չնայած մանկական բնակչության շրջանում դիֆթերիայի պատվաստումներում ընդգրկվածության ցուցանիշները բարձր են, նույնը չենք կարող ասել մեծահասակների համար: Հարուցիչը երկիր ներբերելու դեպքում մեծ է տարածման հավանականությունը, հատկապես մեծահասակ բնակչության շրջանում, խոցելի կլինեն նաև պատվաստումից հրաժարված երեխաները: Դիֆթերիայի կանխարգելման միակ միջոցը պատվաստումներն են:
Եվս մեկ անգամ նախարարությունից հորդորում են լինել ավելի զգոն, դիֆթերիայի պատվաստում ստանալու համար ներկայանալ տարածքային պոլիկլինիկա, եթե վերջին 10 տարվա ընթացքում չեք պատվաստվել:
