ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի հրամանատարի սպառազինության գծով տեղակալ-տեխնիկական մասի պետ Խդր Միրզոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել իշխանազանցություն կատարելու համար, որն էական վնաս է հատկացրել զինվորական ղեկավարման մարմինների գործունեության բնականոն ընթացքին և զինվորական պետի ու պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ծառայողական գործառույթների իրականացման հաստատված կարգին:
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 375-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նույն զորամասի ավտոմոբիլային ծառայության պետ Կոմիտաս Սինանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա Խ.Միրզոյանին դրդել է կատարել իշխանազանցություն:Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 38-375-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Լերմենտ Մկրտչյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա զբաղեցնելով նույն զորամասի հսկիչ տեխնիկական կետի պետի պաշտոնը՝ խմբային շահերից ելնելով՝ կատարել է պաշտոնական կեղծիք:
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 314 –րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ պաշտոնեական կեղծիք:
Ռազմիկ Բարսեղյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ 59016 զորամասի իրային ծառայության պահեստի պետի պաշտոնը՝ խմբային շահերից ելնելով՝ կատարել է պաշտոնական կեղծիք, կեղծ գրառումները հաստատել է անձնական ստորագրությամբ:
Բաբկեն Բարսեղյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա զբաղեցնելով նույն զորամասի հրթիռահրետանային ծառայության պահեստի պետի պաշտոնը խմբային շահերից ելնելով՝ կատարել է պաշտոնական կեղծիք, կեղծ գրառումները հաստատել է անձնական ստորագրությամբ:
Նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ պաշտոնեական կեղծիք:
