ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի վստահ հաղթանակն ապահովեց դաշինքի 50–ից ավելի անդամների ներկայությունը ավագանու կազմում: Հատկանշական է, որ ցուցակում ընդգրկվածների մեծ մասը սերում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ու ակտիվիզմի դաշտից: Թե՛ ավագանիում, թե՛ գործադիր իշխանությունում այժմ շատ են մարդիկ, ովքեր նախքան հեղափոխությունը զբաղեցնում էին հասարակական կյանքի հենց այս ոլորտները:
Իհարկե, այն հանգամանքը, որ վերոնշյալ ոլորտները ներկայացնող մարդիկ այժմ հայտնվել են քաղաքական պաշտոնների, իրենց դրել են քաղաքական պատասխանատվության տակ, առավել ազնիվ դիրքորոշում է` հաշվի առնելով, որ դասական իմաստով նրանք նախկինում էլ էին զբաղվում քաղաքականությամբ, պարզապես դա անելով՝ քաղաքացիականության դաշտը զբաղեցնելով:
Հիմա, երբ հայաստանյան քաղհասարակության գերակշիռ մասն արդեն իշխանության մաս է, ունի կոնկրետ քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն և , ըստ էության, դիրքավորված է որպես քաղաքական գործիչ, քաղաքացիական դաշտը շանս է ստացել վերաիմաստավորվելու, զրոյից վերակառուցվելու և, որ ամենակարևորն է՝ իր կորսված ու մոռացված հիմքերին՝ ինքնաբուխ ու ինքնաբավ էությանը վերադառնալու:
Յուրաքանչյուր երկրի քաղաքացիական հասարակություն այդ երկրի ու այդ երկրի իշխանության հարստությունն է, քանի որ զբաղված է պետության և իշխանության բեռը թեթևացնելով: Հայաստանում, ցավոք, նախորդ տարիներին քաղաքացիական դաշտը զրկված էր ինքնաբուխությունից, այն դարձել էր կոնկրետ մարդկանց ու խմբերի պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատավայրը, դարձել էր բացառապես ներքաղաքական ու ներկուսակցական ինտրիգների գործիք: Հիմա այդ դաշտը դատարկվում է, ու սա շանս է, ըստ էության, զրոյից քաղաքացիական հասարակություն ունենալու համար: Բնականաբար, միայն դաշտում առկա վակուումը երաշխիք չէ, որ այն կվերադառնա իր իրական հիմքերին ու հասարակությունը կսկսի ներքևից ինքնակազմակերպվել: Սակայն այդ շանսը հիմա կա և առնվազն անհրաժեշտ է հասարակությանը տալ որոշակի ուղենիշեր, որի արդյունքում նրանք մի կողմից կկարողանան տեղերում լուծել իրենց խնդիրները, մյուս կողմից՝ կթեթևացնեն պետության գործը:
