Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմը Փաշինյան-Ալիև զրույցի վերաբերյալ հաղորդագրություն է տարածել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որում, ըստ էության, երկրորդել է Հայաստանի վարչապետի հայտարարությունը Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի Դուշամբեում կայացած զրույցի վերաբերյալ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, հաղորդագրությունում նշվում է, որ զրուցակիցները հայտնել են խնդրի բանակցային եղանակով լուծման և շփման գծի և Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի սահմանի երկայնքով միջադեպերի կանխման նպատակով հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդման իրենց հանձնառության մասին։
Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ կողմերը որոշել են մշակել համապատասխան կառույցների միջև օպերատիվ կապի հաստատման մեխանիզմներ։ Ավելի վաղ «Արմենպրեսը» հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Դուշանբեում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել սահմանագծում լարումը նվազեցնելու և միջադեպերը կանխելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին վարչապետն ասել է Facebook սոցիալական ցանումում ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ:
«Այս անգամ որոշակի առարկայական խոսակցություն ստացվեց և դրա արդյունքում մենք մի քանի կարևոր կետեր արձանագրեցինք: Պայմանավորվեցինք, որ մեր պաշտպանության նախարարներին հանձնարարություն կտանք, որ վերջիններս քայլեր ձեռնարկեն սահմանագծում լարումն իջեցնելու և սահմանային միջադեպերը կանխելու վերաբերյալ: Կարծում եմ, որ սա կարևոր պայմանավորվածություն է»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ խոսակցության ընթացքում արձանագրվել է նաև բանակցային գործընթացի նկատմամբ հավատարմությունը: «Մենք պայմանավորվել ենք օպերատիվ կապի կոմունիկացիա ստեղծել, և իսկ թե այն ինչպիսին կլինի տեխնիկական առումով պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք չենք բերել»,-ընդգծել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ բովանդակային որևէ քննարկում չի եղել: «Ես ուրախ եմ և հույս ունեմ, որ այդ պայմանավորվածությունները կպահպանվեն, քանի որ դրանց պահպանումը չափազանց կարևոր է»,- ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
