Անկախության տոնի առթիվ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը մի խումբ դատախազների պարգևատրել է մեդալներով

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակման 27-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի հրամանով ՀՀ դատախազության համակարգի 77 աշխատակիցներ ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխղճորեն և արդյունավետ կատարելու համար պարգևատրվել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատախազության 100-ամյակ» հոբելյանական մեդալով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, սեպտեմբերի 29-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում տեղի ունեցավ պարգևատրման արժանացած դատախազներին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից մեդալների հանձնման արարողությունը:

Այդ առթիվ շնորհավորելով բոլորին՝ Արթուր Դավթյանը նշեց, որ կրկնակի հպարտության առիթ է նման պարգևի արժանանալ՝ ինչպես մեր ժողովրդի ամենանվիրական տոներից մեկի՝ Անկախության հռչակման տարեդարձի, այնպես էլ դատախազական համակարգի 100-ամյակի կապակցությամբ, քանի որ այն իր մեջ պարունակում է ինչպես հայոց պետականության, այնպես էլ 100-ամյա դատախազական համակարգի պատմությունը կերտած նախորդ սերունդների գործի արժևորման խորհուրդը:

Նշելով, որ այդ հանգամանքը պարտավորեցնում է առավել մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ մոտենալ ստանձնած առաքելությանը՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ընդգծեց, որ հատկապես վերջին ամիսներին տեղի ունեցած լրջագույն փոփոխությունների համատեքստում առավել հստակ է դրսևորվում, որ դատախազության որդեգրած արժեքները և գործելաոճը ճիշտ էին, ինչը նաև համակարգի հանդեպ հանրության վստահության ամրապնդման կարևորագույն նախապայմաններից է:

«Մենք առաջնորդվում ենք այսպես կոչված «ստերիլ իրավաբանությամբ», այսինքն բացառապես օրենքով, իրավունքով, խղճով և բարոյականությամբ: Օրենքի առջև բոլորի հավասարության, պատասխանատվության անխուսափելիության ապահովումը, պետական շահերի լիարժեք պաշտպանությունը մեր առաջնահերթություններն են: Սակայն դրանցով հանդերձ՝ մեր ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից են քրեական դատավարության բոլոր մասնակիցների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու  քրեադատավարական ընթացակարգերի օրինահենության ապահովումը: Այս կարևորագույն խնդիրների լուծման հիմնական գրավականը ոմանց մոտ ներքին ծուլության հաղթահարումն է,ինչը հռչակել ենք որպես մեր ներքին թշնամի, ինչպես նաև իրավական մտքի զարգացմանը զուգընթաց նոր գիտելիքների ձեռքբերմանը, մասնագիտական հմտությունների կատարելագործմանը ամենօրյա ուշադրություն դարձնելը: Վերջիններիս մրցակցային դատավարության պարագայում այլևս հանդիսանում են յուրաքանչյուր դատախազի հիմնական գործիքները, զենքերը»,-ասել է Արթուր Դավթյանը:

Նա առանձնահատուկ կարևորել է ցանկացած միջավայրում դատախազի՝ հանրության համար ընկալելի և գնահատելի կերպարին համահունչ վարքագծի դրսևորումն ու կենցաղավարումը, որոնցով Հայաստանի դատախազության համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները պետք է լինեն օրինակելի:

Իրենց աշխատանքում բոլոր պարգևատրվածներին մաղթելով նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ՝ Արթուր Դավթյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ դրանք խարսխված կլինեն հռչակված սկզբունքների և արժեհամակարգի վրա:
