Հանձնարարվել է «մաքրել» Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանին

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը վերջին երեք ամսում երեք անգամ հայտնվեց մամուլի ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Դրանցից գոնե երկու դեպքերում նրա անունը կապվում էր քրեական գործի հետ, իսկ մի դեպքում էլ ենթադրյալ հանցագործության մասին էր խոսքը: Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 15-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանն իր թիկնապահների հետ ծեծի է ենթարկել «Էյր Արմենիա» ավիաընկերության տնօրեն Արսեն Ավետիսյանին: Վերջինս մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց, սակայն հետագայում հայտարարեց, որ ՀՖՖ նախագահի դեմ բողոք չունի:
Արդյունքում, այդ դեպքի առիթով քրեական գործ չհարուցվեց: Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ծեծի ենթարկվեց ազատամարտիկ Սմբատ Հակոբյանը: Կատարվածից մի քանի օր անց հայտարարեց, որ իր կարծիքով տեղի ունեցածի թիկունքում կանգնած է ՀՖՖ նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը:
Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած Հայաստանի եւ Ալբանիայի ֆուտբոլի ազգային հավաքականների հանդիպումից հետո, որը ավարտվեց հյուրերի 0:3 հաշվով հաղթանակով, ալբանական եւ սերբական կայքերը սկսեցին լուրեր տարածել, թե իբր այդ խաղը «ծախված» է եղել: Տասը օր առաջ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարեց քննել նշված ֆուտբոլի խաղի «ծախված» լինելու մասին լուրերը:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ իրավապահներին հանձնարարվել է Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի անունը քրգործերից «հանել»: Իսկ նպատակը թերեւս այն է, որ ՀՖՖ նախագահը լիարժեք «մաքրված» զբաղվի սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեով»:
