Դատախազության ՀԿԳ վարչության պետ Վահագն Մուրադյանը վերականգնվել է իր պաշտոնում. ներկայացուցիչ
POLITICSԳլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության ղեկավար Վահագն Մուրադյանը, որն իրեն այլ պաշտոնի փոխադրելու համար դատի է տվել գլխավոր դատախազին, վերականգնվել է իր պաշտոնում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ին ուղարկված պարզաբանման մեջ ասել է Վահագն Մուրադյանի ներկայացուցիչ Տիգրան Մուրադյանը։
«NEWS.am կայքում «Վահագն Մուրադյանին աշխատանքից ազատելու որոշումը կապ չունի «Մարտի 1-ի» գործի հետ. գլխավոր դատախազ» վերնագրով հրապարակման վերաբերյալ, որպես Վահագն Մուրադյանի լիազորված անձ ներկայացնում եմ հետևյալ պարզաբանումը՝
1. ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի 29.08.2018թ. թիվ 286-Ա հրամանով Վահագն Մուրադյանն իր զբաղեցրած ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության ղեկավարի պաշտոնից փոխադրվել և նշանակվել է ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնում:
2. Նշված հրամանի հետ համաձայն չլինելով Վահագն Մուրադյանը հայց է ներկայացրել դատարան, որով վիճարկում է հրամանի իրավաչափությունը:
3. Դատարանը 30.08.2018թ. որոշմամբ ձեռնարկել է հայցի ապահովման միջոց, որով արգելել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությանը 29.08.2018թ. թիվ 286-Ա հրամանի կատարմանն ուղղված գործողությունների կատարումը, այն է՝ կասեցրել է վիճարկվող հրամանի գործողությունը:
4. Նշված հիմքով Վահագն Մուրադյանը վերականգնվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության ղեկավարի պաշտոնում»։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի դեմ դատական հայց է ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարեւոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության նախկին պետ Վահագն Մուրադյանը:
Նա օգոստոսի 30-ին դիմել է Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ պահանջելով անվավեր ճանաչել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի՝ 2018թ. որոշումն իրեն պաշտոնից փոխադրելու եւ այլ պաշտոնի նշանակելու մասին հրամանը:
