«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայտնի իրողություն է, որ Հայաստանի համապետական ընտրությունների ժամանակ իշխանությունների ամենաառանցքային «գործիքը» թաղային հեղինակություններն են, որոնց էլ հիմնականում հանձնարարվում է ընտրությունների կեղծման գործընթացը:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին կայանալիք սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեին ընդառաջ իշխանությունների տարածքային պատասխանատուները սկսել են հավաքագրել թաղային հեղինակություններին: Սակայն առայժմ թաղային շատ հեղինակություններ, կարծես թե, չեն շտապում հանրաքվեի արդյունքների համար պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել: Շատերը, տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով, փորձում են խուսափել հանրաքվեի ժամանակ այո ապահովելու գործից:
Պարզվում է` նրանք վստահ չեն, որ իշխանություններն այս անգամ եւս իրենց չեն «քցի», ինչպես 2013-ի նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո: Դրա համար էլ հիմա թաղային շատ հեղինակությունները, «զբաղված» ձեւանալով, փորձում են հստակ խոստում ստանալ, որ իրենց «ծառայությունն» անպայման կվարձատրվի»:
