Թրամփը մտադիր է հասնել Վաշինգթոնի ռազմական աջակցության դիմաց դաշնակիցների վճարմանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մտադիր է հասնել Վաշինգթոնի ռազմական աջակցության դիմաց զարգացած երկրների վճարմանը, փոխանցում է DW-ն:
«Երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է հարուստ երկրներին, ինչպիսին են Սաուդյան Արաբիան, Ճապոնիան, Հարավային Կորեան, ինչ իմաստ ունի նրանց բանակներին ֆինանսավորելը»,- հարց է հնչեցրել Թրամփը՝ հանրության առջեւ ելույթ ունենալով Արեւմտյան Վիրջինիայում: «Նրանք մեզ կվճարեն: Խնդիրն այն է, որ նրանց այս մասին երբեք ոչ մեկը չի հարցրել»,- հավելել է Թրամփը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Հարավային Կորեայի դեպքում ԱՄՆ-ն ֆինանսավորում է «նրանց բանակի մոտ 60 տոկոսը»:
Թրամփը նշել է, որ ամերիկացի գեներալներն իրեն ասել են, որ այդ երկրների համար Սպիտակ տունն է վճարում, քանի որ «նրանք մեր դաշնակիցներն են»: Սակայն զինվորական բարձր պաշտոնյաները ֆինանսներից չեն հասկանում, ասել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը՝ իրավիճակը բնորոշելով որպես «անտանելի առեւտրային գործարք եւ անտանելի ռազմական գործարք»:
Ավելի վաղ Թրամփը բազմիցս արտահայտվել է այն բանի օգտին, որ ԱՄՆ ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցները, մասնավորապես՝ Գերմանիան, պետք է լրջորեն մեծացնեն իրենց ռազմական ծախսերը: 2018 թվականի հունիսին Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը հայտնել էր, որ Բեռլինը մտադիր է 2024 թվականին պաշտպանական ծախսերը մեծացնել մինչեւ ՀՆԱ 1,5 տոկոս: Ընդ որում՝ նախկինում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգը հիշեցրել էր, որ 2014 թվականին դաշինքի երկրները պայմանավորվել են 10 տարվա ընթացքում պաշտպանական ծախսերը մեծացնել մինչեւ 2 տոկոս:
