Փոխնախարար Տիգրան Գալստյանի միջամտությամբ Արամի 23 հասցեում գտնվող շենքը չի քանդվի
SOCIETYԵրևանի Արամի 23 հասցեում գտնվող պատմամշակութային հուշարձան հանդիսացող շենքերից մեկը, որտեղ 2002 թվականից գործունեություն է ծավալում «Հայաստանի փոքրիկ երգիչներ» երգչախումբը, փլուզման եզրին է: Երգչախմբի անդամները և նրանց սատարողները քայլեր են ձեռնարկում շենքը փրկելու համար: «Որևէ մեկը թող չկասկածի, որ այդ շենքը կանգուն է մնալու»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ մշակույթի փոխնախարար Տիգրան Գալստյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ երբ «Հայաստանի փոքրիկ երգիչներ»-ի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և դիրիժորՏիգրան Հեքեքյանից ահազանգ է ստացել, միանգամից այցելել է այդ տարածք՝ անձամբ ծանոթանալու իրավիճակին: «Քանի որ մասնագիտությամբ ճարտարապետ եմ, ինձ համար շատ ավելի հեշտ էր անձամբ տեսնել և գնահատել իրավիճակը, քան դիմել այլ մասնագետների օգնությանը: Պետք է խոստովանեմ, որ շենքն իսկապես աղետալի վիճակում է»,- շեշտեց փոխնախարարը:
Գալստյանը փաստեց, որ շենքի տարածքում իրականացվող անբարեխիղճ շինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարող ընկերությունը հաշվի չի առել այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ տարածքում պատմամշակութային հուշարձան համարվող կառույց կա:
«Զրուցեցի շինարարի հետ, ով ասաց, որ շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկից հետո է միացել այդ գործընթացին և ծանոթ չէ նախորդ շինարարական ընկերությանը, որը սկսել է փորել: Խոսեցի «Հին Երևան» ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվող շինարարական աշխատանքներում ներդրում անող անձի հետ, և եկանք այն եզրակացության, որ այսպես չի կարելի: Ես նրանց ասացի, որ հուշարձանը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, ու պետք է այն պահպանել: Եթե շենքին ինչ-որ բան պատահի, իրենք դրա համար պատասխանատվություն կկրեն»,- ընդգծեց Գալաստյանը:
Երկար տարիներ այդ շենքում բժիշկ է բնակվել: 1980-ականներին Կոնդի արվեստանոցն է եղել այդտեղ: ԽՍՀՄ-ի փլուզումից հետո այն տարբեր սեփականատերեր է ունեցել: Երգչախմբին շենքը հատկացվել է 1995 թվականին, բայց «Հայաստանի փոքրիկ երգիչներ»-ը շենքում գործունեություն են սկսել ծավալել 2002-ից: Շենքի հարակից տարածքը գնել է «Հին Երևան» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունն ու սկսել այդտեղ շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել:
