Կրթված մարդու տպավորություն թողեց. Փաշինյանը՝ Իլհամ Ալիեւի մասին
POLITICSԻլհամ Ալիեւը կրթված մարդու տպավորություն թողեց: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով Դուշանբեում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ կարճատեւ զրույցից ստացած տպավորությունների մասին:
«Նորմալ, դրական տպավորություն թողեց: Նորմալ զրուցել ենք, քաղաքակիրթ զրույց է եղել: Կրթված մարդու տպավորություն թողեց»,- հայտնեց Փաշինյանը:
Ալիեւի հետ կանոնավոր կապի մեջ լինելու պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել, սակայն Հայաստանի վարչապետը վստահ չէ, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը կհետեւի այդ պայմանավորվածությանը:
«Վստահ չեմ, բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում ես շատ կարեւոր եմ համարում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները: Նախ՝ կարեւոր է այդ կոնտակտը, որը մենք պայմանավորվել ենք հաստատել, եւ մենք նաեւ վաղը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրներին կտեղեկացնենք, որ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության միջեւ՝ մշտական կապ հաստատել: Առայժմ պարզ չէ, թե տեխնիկապես ինչպե՞ս է դա իրականացվելու, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք իրավիճակն ավելի օպերատիվ վերահսկել: Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ մեր զինված ուժերը 100 տոկոսով պահում են այդ պայմանավորվածությունը, եւ հույս ունեմ, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը նույնպես կգան պայմանավորվածության լիարժեք դաշտ»,- հավելեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ վարչապետը խոսել է նաեւ Ստեփանակերտի՝ բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ վերադառնալու մասին. «Այդ հարցը նույնպես քննարկել ենք: Իհարկե՝ մեր տեսակետները տարբեր են: Ես ասեմ, որ հենց Դուշանբեից զանգել եմ Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանին եւ տեղեկացրել, որ կա այսպիսի պայմանավորվածություն մեր մասով: Եվ նա ասել է, որ պայմանավորվախությունն ընդունելի է նաեւ իրենց համար: Այնպես որ՝ Արցախի իշխանությունը լիարժեք տեղեկացված է»:
