Փաշինյանը հայտնել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ կողմից իր ու Ալիևի միջև պայմանավորվածության հարյուր տոկոսով պահպանման մասին
POLITICSՀՀ զինված ուժերը 100%-ով պահպանում են շփման գծում լարվածությունը նվազեցնելուն ուղղված՝ Դուշանբեում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի պայմանավորվածությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 30-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայնտեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետը նշեց սակայն, որ վստահ չէ, որ Ալիևը նույնպես պահպանում է պայմանավորվածությունը։
«Իհարկե, վստահ չեմ, բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում ես շատ կարևոր եմ համարում ձեռք բերված այդ պայմանավորվածությունները: Կարևոր է ընդհանրապես այդ կոնտակտը, որը մենք պայմանավորվել ենք հաստատել: Վաղը նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրներին պաշտոնապես կտեղեկացնենք, որ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության միջև մշտական կապ հաստատել, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք իրավիճակը ավելի օպերատիվ վերահսկել: Առայժմ պարզ չէ, թե տեխնիկապես ինչպես է իրականացվելու: Ես առաջարկել եմ, որ այդ կապը լինի այնպիսին, որ պայմանականորեն ասած՝ կես ժամվա ընթացքում հնարավոր լինի ինֆորմացիան տեղ հասցնել: Մեր զինված ուժերը 100%-ով պահում են պայմանավորվածությունը: Հույս ունեմ, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը նույնպես կգան պայմանավորվածության լիարժեք դաշտ: Պայմանավորվածության մասին անմիջապես տեղեկացրել եմ ԱՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանին։ նա ասել է, որ պայմանավորվածությունը լիարժեք ընդունելի է նաև իրենց համար»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ երկու երկրների ղեկավարները քննարկել են նաև Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթաց Արցախի Հանրապետության վերադարձի հարցը: «Բանակցային գործընթաց Արցախի Հանրապետության վերադարձի հարցը նույնպես քննարկել ենք: Մեր տեսակետները այդ հարցի շուրջ տարբեր են»,- ընդգծեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետը նկատեց, որ Իլհամ Ալիևն իր վրա դրական, կրթված մարդու տպավորություն է թողել:
