Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկության արդյունքները անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին որևէ մեկը դիմում չի ներկայացրել
SOCIETYԵրևանի ավագանու 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ի արտահերթ ընտրությունների կազմակերպման և անցկացման ընթացքում մինչև քվեարկության օրը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ընտրությունների կազմակերպման և ընտրական գործընթացների վերաբերյալ որևէ դիմում չի ներկայացվել: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ այս մասին հայտնեց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը՝ ամփոփելով Երևանի ավագանու 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ի արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքները:
«Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրը կենտրոնական և տարածքային հանձնաժողվներին որևէ գրավոր դիմում չի ներկայացվել, սակայն Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում գործող թեժ գծով, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներում և տարբեր էլեկտրոնային կայքերում ներկայացվել են առանձին տեղեկություններ ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ: Քվեարկության օրը ԿԸՀ-ում գործող թեժ գծով ԶԼՄ-ների միջոցներով տեղ գտած ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններն օպերատիվ կարգով ուսումնասիրվել են իրավիճակային վերլուծության կենտրոնի կողմից և դրանցում ներկայացված տեղեկությունների իսկությունը և ներկայացվող փաստական հանգամանքները պարզվել են համապատասխան ընտրական հանձնաժողովների, պետական այլ մարմինների հետ և տեղեկությունների հաստատման պարագայում տրվել են համապատասխան ցուցումներ և հանձնարարություններ»,- ասաց Մուկուչյանը:
Հանձնաժողովի նախագահի խոսքով՝ քվեարկության օրը Կենրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն ու իրավիճակային վերլուծության կենտրոնը օպերատիվ կարգով արձագանքել է մեկ տասնյակից ավելի կայքերում տեղ գտած ավելի քան 80 հաղոդումների, ստուգվել են հրապարակվող հանգամանքներ և տրվել մեկնաբանություններ:
«Մեկնաբանությունների և պարզաբանումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը հենց քվեարկության օրը զետեղվել է ԿԸՀ-ի պաշտոնական կայքում»,- նշեց նա:
Մուկուչյանը հայտնեց, որ ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցող 8 կուսակցություններից,4 կուսակցությունների դաշինքից նրանց ցուցակներում ընդգրկված ընդհանուր թվով 977 թեկնածուներից, ինչպես նաև նրանց ընդհանուր թվով 2774 վստահված անձանցից որևէ մեկը չի ներկայացրել դիմում ընտրական տեղամասում քվեարկության արդյունքները անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին:
