Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բավարարել է Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների իրավապահների կողմից հետախուզվող, ազգությամբ թուրք Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզին կալանքը երկարաձգելու վերաբերյալ դատախազության միջնորդությունը: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից: Նրա կալանքը երկարաձգվել է երկու ամսով:

Ավելի վաղ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից նշել էին, որ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների իրավասու մարմիններից ստացել է միջնորդություն` Երևանում ձերբակալված ազգությամբ թուրք հակահայ լոբբիստ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզին արտահանձնելու վերաբերյալ: Երևանում ձերբակալված՝ ազգությամբ թուրք հակահայ լոբբիստ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզը, ով Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ էր հայտարարվել ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչների պալատի էթիկայի հանձնաժողովից նյութեր կեղծելու ու թաքցնելու համար, պարզվել է, որ Հայաստանում ևս հակաօրինական գործունեություն է ծավալել։

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել էին, որ մեր երկրում նրա հիմնած The Sena Group ընկերությունը խուսափել է հարկերի վճարումից։ «The Sena Group» ՍՊ ընկերության (հիմնադիր՝ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզ) տնօրինության կողմից խոշոր չափերով հարկեր չվճարելու առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի շրջանակում հնարավոր է ՀՀ իրավասու մարմնի կողմից կատարել համապատասխան քննչական գործողություններ: Հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու համար ՔՕ համապատասխան հոդվածով Օքսուզին սպառնում է տուգանք՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկու հազարապատիկից երեք հազարապատիկի չափով կամ ազատազրկում՝ երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով: ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից հետախուզվող Օքսուզի նկատմամբ Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի օգոստոսի 31-ի որոշմամբ կիրառվել է ժամանակավոր կալանավորում՝ 30 օր ժամկետով։ Դա այն ժամկետն է, որի ընթացքում ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինները կարող են միջնորդություն ներկայացնել քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելու նպատակով նրան հանձնելու վերաբերյալ։ ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից վերոնշված միջնորդությունը ստանալու դեպքում հնարավոր չէ հստակ նշել վերջինիս հանձնելու ժամկետներ, քանի որ հանձնման միջնորդությունն ստանալուց հետո այն նախ քննարկվում է ՀՀ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից և կայացվում հանձնումը թույլատրելու կամ մերժելու մասին որոշում, որը ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ժամկետներում կարող է բողոքարկվել դատական կարգով: Նահանգներին Օքսուզի հանձնման դեպքում քննչական գործողությունները ենթակա են կատարման ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից՝ իրենց վարույթի շրջանակներում։ Թուրքամետ ու ադրբեջանամետ լոբբիստը ներկա պահին օգտվում է պաշտպան ունենալու իր իրավունքից: Համաձայն ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում առկա՝ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզի անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի պատճենի՝ վերջինս հանդիսանում է ԱՄՆ քաղաքացի:
