SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հոկտեմբերի 2-ին Շառլ Ազնավուրի մահվան կապակցությամբ ցավակցական հեռագիր է հղել նրա ընտանիքին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեցին Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից: Հեռագրում ասված է. «Խոր ցավով տեղեկացա մեծանուն հայ, ֆրանսահայ նշանավոր երգիչ, երգահան, գրող, կինոդերասան եւ հասարակական գործիչ, Հայաստանի ազգային հերոս Շառլ Ազնավուրի մահվան մասին։ Աշխարհահռչակ շանսոնյեի մահը մեծ կորուստ է մեր ժողովրդի համար: Իր անմահ արվեստի միջոցով Ազնավուրն աշխարհին էր ներկայացնում Հայաստանն ու համայն հայությանը: Օրհասական պահերին նա միշտ հարազատ ժողովրդի կողքին էր, անում էր հնարավորը համազգային խնդիրների անգնահատելի ավանդը բերելու ուղղությամբ:
Արցախի ժողովրդի, իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից խորին ցավակցություն ու զորակցություն եմ հայտնում հանգուցյալի հարազատներին ու մերձավորներին, մեր ողջ ժողովրդին, նրա անզուգական արվեստի բոլոր երկրպագուներին։ Շառլ Ազնավուրի անունը ոսկե տառերով է գրվել համաշխարհային երգարվեստի ու հայ ժողովրդի պատմության մեջ, նրա պայծառ հիշատակը միշտ վառ կմնա մեր սրտերում»:
