Եվրամիության խորհուրդը հոկտեմբերի 2-ին հաստատել Է կանոնակարգ, որը նպատակամղված Է Եվրամիություն ներկրվող կամ այնտեղից արտահանվող կանխիկ դրամի նկատմամբ հսկողության բարելավմանը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Բրյուսելում հայտնել Է խորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունը:

«Ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորումը, կապիտալների լվացումը, հարկերի հետ կապված խարդախությունը եւ քրեական գործունեության այլ տեսակներ անհրաժեշտ Է հսկել ու վերացնել: Նոր կանոնակարգը մեզ անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ Է տալիս՝ այդ սպառնալիքների դեմ պայքարն ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար»,- մեկնաբանել Է այդ որոշումը ԵՄ-ի խորհրդում նախագահող Ավստրիայի ֆինանսների ֆեդերալ նախարար Հարթվիգ Լեգերը: Նոր կանոնակարգն ընդլայնում Է կանխիկ դրամի սահմանումը՝ դրանում ներառելով ոչ միայն թղթադրամները, այլեւ այլ լուծարուն միջոցներ, ինչպիսիք են վճարագրերը, ճանապարհային վճարագրերը, կանխավճարված բանկային քարտերը եւ ոսկին: Ընդլայնված Է նաեւ կանոնակարգի կիրառման բնագավառը: Այն տարածվում Է կանխիկ դրամի փոստային փոխանցումների եւ դրանց տրանսպորտային փոխադրման վրա:

Նոր օրենսդրությամբ Եվրամիություն մուտք գործող կամ այնտեղից մեկնող յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի 10 հազար եվրո կամ ավելի գումարի առկայության դեպքում պետք Է մաքսատանը հայտնի այդ փողի մասին, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
