Նախարար Զեյնալյանը հանդիպել է «Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ում պահվող դատապարտյալների ու կալանավորված անձանց հետ
SOCIETYՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ Արտյոմ Մխոյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, շրջայց կատարել հիմնարկում, տեղում ծանոթացել խնդիրներին, տվել համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ և զրուցել դատապարտյալների ու կալանավորված անձանց հետ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, «Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ի անձնակազմի հետ հանդիպմանը նախարար Զեյնալյանը նշել է, որ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը ՀՀ անունից իրականացնում է դատարանների կողմից նշանակված պատիժները, որոնք պետք է կատարվեն այնպես, որ մարդու պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը չնվաստացվեն և չդառնան պատիժ, որը նախատեսված չէ Սահմանադրությամբ և օրենքով: «Դա մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրից պահանջում է անձնական ու մասնագիտական բարձր որակներ: Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխությունից հետո քաղաքականություն է փոխվել, և վերաբերմունքը պետք է լինի մարդակենտրոն: Յուրաքանչյուր քրեակատարողական ծառայողից պահանջվում է լինել պատասխանատու ոչ միայն իր համար և իր անունից, այլ հիմնարկի, Արդարադատության նախարարության և ՀՀ կառավարության: Ուստի իմ կոչն ու պատգամը ձեզ, որը, վստահ եմ, մշտապես փոխանցում է նաև ՔԿ ծառայության պետը, հետևյալն է ՝ լինել զգոն և բարձր պահել քրեակատարողական ծառայողի պատիվը»,- ասել է նախարարը, բոլորին մաղթել բարի ծառայություն և հույս հայտնել, որ դրական փոփոխությունները հատկապես կզգան ՔԿՀ-ներում պահվող անձինք:
Այնուհետև, Արտակ Զեյնալյանը Ծառայության ղեկավար անձնակազմի հետ շրջել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի տարածքում, եղել բնակելի գոտում, հանձնուքների ընդունման սենյակում, ճաշարանում, որտեղ ծանոթանացել է սննդի պահման պայմաններին, օրվա ճաշացանկին և համտեսել ՔԿՀ-ներում պահվող անձանց համար պատրաստված սնունդը:
«Վանաձոր» ՔԿ հիմնարկի պետ Արտակ Հովհաննիսյանը նախարարին տեղեկացրել է, որ սննդի որակի բարելավումից հետո աճել է դրանից օգտվել ցանկացող դատապարտյալների և կալանավորված անձանց թիվը:
Այցի ավարտին նախարար Զեյնալյանը «Աջակցություն դատապարտյալին» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Մարատ Սևոյանի ուղեկցությամբ եղել է նաև հիմնարկի տարածքում գործող հացի և փայտամշակման արտադրամասերում, որտեղ զբաղվածության ապահովման նպատակով ներգրավված են նաև դատապարտյալներ:
