ՄԻՊ-ը չհայտարարված այցեր է կատարել ՁՊՎ-ներ․ կներկայացվեն արձանագրված խնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղված առաջարկներ
SOCIETYՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչները չհայտարարված այցեր են կատարել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության Հրազդանի և Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության Արմավիրի բաժիններ և ձերբակալված անձանց պահելու վայրեր:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից, այցերի ընթացքում ստուգվել են նշված վայրերում անձանց պահման պայմանները, նրանց իրավունքների ապահովման վիճակը, դրանց համապատասխանությունը սահմանված պահանջներին, ինչպես նաև նրանց առնչվող փաստաթղթերը:
Մշտադիտարկման ենթարկված ՁՊՎ-ներում արձանագրվել են խնդիրներ, որոնք կապված են՝
- մերձավոր ազգականների հետ ապակե միջնորմով տեսակցությունների տրամադրման և դրանց հսկման հետ.
- ազատությունից զրկման վայր ցանկացած մուտքի ժամանակ բժշկական զննության կազմակերպման.
- վերանորոգման աշխատանքների անհրաժեշտության հետ և այլն:
Այցերի ընթացքում վեր հանված խնդիրները քննարկվել են նշված հաստատությունների վարչակազմերի հետ: Արձանագրված խնդիրները սահմանված կարգով կամփոփվեն և դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված առաջարկների հետ միասին կներկայացվեն ոլորտի իրավասու մարմիններին:
Մշտադիտարկումների ընթացքում կանխարգելման ազգային մեխանիզմի ներկայացուցիչների համար աշխատանքի խոչընդոտներ չեն ստեղծվել:
