Շուրջ 1300 կամավոր մասնակցում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներին
SOCIETYՀայաստանում հոկտեմբերի 7-12-ը տեղի կունենան Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 17-րդ գագաթաժողովի միջոցառումները: Դրանք պատշաճ մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում ստեղծվել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովի կազմակերպչական շտաբ:
- Պարոն Հաջի-Հակոբյան, ե՞րբ է ստեղծվել շտաբը և ի՞նչ գործառույթներ է այն կատարում:
- Շտաբը ստեղծվել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջոցառումների ընթացքում կամավորների աշխատանքները տարբեր սեգմենտներում համակարգելու համար, սկսած՝ օդանավակայանից, հյուրանոցներ մարզահամերգային համալիր, ֆրանկոֆոնիայի ավան, պետական պաշտոնական ճաշ և եզրափակիչ համերգը Հանրապետության հրապարակում: Հավաքագրել ենք շուրջ 1300 կամավոր, որոնցից 1100-ը ակտիվ ներգրավված են, տեղաբաշխված են արդեն իրենց տեղերում, մոտ 200 հոգու քանակով ունենք պահեստային կամավորներ՝ մյուսներին փոխարինելու համար: Աշխատանքներն ընթանում են նորմալ:
- Նման մեծածավալ միջոցառումներում կամավորական աշխատանք կատարելու համար պետք է նախ հայտ լրացնել, հետո մրցույթներ անցնել ու նվաճել այդ հնարավորությունը: Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջոցառումների կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներին մասնակցող կամավորներն ի՞նչ սկզբունքով են ընտրվել, և ե՞րբ է սկսվել նրանց հավաքագրումը:
- Այսօրվա միջոցառումն, իհարկե, առաջինը չէ, 2015թ.-ի Ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումները նույնպես մեր կամավորներն են կազմակերպել: Մենք ունենք Համահայկական կամավորական միություն ՀԿ-ն որի հենքի վրա հավաքագրվում են կամավորներ, այս անգամ միջոցառման բնույթից ու լեզվական պահանջներից ելնելով հավաքագրել ենք մեծամասամբ ֆրանսիական համալսարանից, Երևանի պետական համալսարանից ֆրանսերենի իմացությամբ ուսանողների, փորձել ենք անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի հյուրերի շփումն ու կեցությունը ՀՀ-ում ավելի հարմարավետ լինի: Մոտ 4 ամիս առաջ սկսել ենք կամավորների հավաքագրումը, և արդեն մեկ ամիս անց արդեն ունեցել ենք համապատասխան քանակի կամավորներ: Արդեն 3 ամիս է՝ մեր պարապմունքներն ու փորձերն ենք անցկացնում:
- Ովքե՞ր են աշխատում ու պարապմունքներ անցկացնում կամավորների հետ, և ինչպե՞ս են բաժանվել կամավորների խմբերը:
- Խմբերը բաժանվել են ըստ օբյեկտների: Օրինակ՝ օդանավակայանում ունենք դիմավորողների ու ճանապարհողների խմբեր, հյուրանոցներում ունենք արարողակարգի և հյուրանոցի աշխատակազմի հետ աշխատող կամավորներ, մարզահամերգային համալիրում ու ֆրանկոֆոն ավանում ունենք կամավորներ: Տարբեր միջոցառումների հետ կապված, տարբեր խմբերի հետ աշխատում են՝ օդանավակայանի, համալիրի, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի հետ, պետական արարողակարգի և պահպանության ծառայության հետ: Մեր կամավորները սերտ համագործակցում են ծառայություններ մատուցող ու սպասարկող բոլոր մարմինների հետ:
