Սեւանա լճի ափամերձ տարածքներում իրականացվում են աշնանային անտառատնկումներ

Նոյեմբերի 6-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Արեգունի գյուղի՝ Սեւանա լճի ափամերձ տարածքներում մեկնարկեցին աշնանային անտառատնկման աշխատանքները:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց անտառատնկման աշխատանքներ իրականացնող «Զիկատար» բնապահպանական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Ղուլիջանյանը, Սեւանի ավազանի անտառների վերականգնման նպատակով 1094,5 հեկտար տարածքներում նախատեսած է նոր անտառների հիմնում ծովի մակարդակից 1950 մետրից բարձր տարածքներում:
Ներկա ծրագիրը իրականացվում է ՄԱԿ –ի «Կլիմա Իստ» պիլոտային ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Ծրագրի շրջանակներում այս գարնանը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընտրված խոցելի Ծովակ համայնքային կառավարման 18,2 հեկտար եւ Արեգունի համայնքի «Սեւան» ազգային պարկի կառավարման 15 հեկտար ոչ անտառածածկ տարածքներում կատարվել են անտառատնկման աշխատանքներ, որոնք աշնանը շարունակվել են Արեգունու տարածքում:
«Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն է վերականգնել 1990-ական թվականներին , ինչպես նաեւ Սեւանի ջրերի բարձրացման հետեւանքով հատված անտառները, կառավարելի դարձնել բարձր լեռնային համայնքների արոտները: Ներկա փուլում նախատեսվում է Արեգունի վարչական տարածքի՝ Սեւանա լճի ափամերձ տարածքներում փոսային եղանակով տնկել 7500 հատ 1-2 մետր բարձրության հացենու, թխկենու, անտառային խնձորենու, անտառային տանձենու, դեղին ակացիայի, սովորոկան սալորենու եւ սովորական բալենու բարձրորակ տնկիներ: Դրանց հետագա խնամքն ու պահպանությունը մինչեւ 2016 թվականը գտնվելու է «Եր իտասարդ անտառաբույծների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության, 2017 թվականից՝ «Սեւան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ խնամքի ներքո»,-նշեց անտառագետ Անդրանիկ Ղուլիջանյանը:
Անտառատնկման աշխատանքները ուղեկցվեցին Գեղարքունյաց թեմի Վարդենիսի տարածքի հոգեւոր հովիվ Տեր- Տարոնի մասնակցությամբ եւ օրհնությամբ: Իսկ կազմակերպված ծառատնկման աշխատանքներին առաջին օրը մասնակցություն ունեցան «Երիտասարդ անտառաբույծների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության, ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության «Զիկատար» բնապահպանական կենտրոնի աշխատակիցները, Արեգունի, Մեծ Մասրիկ, Մաքենիս համայնքների բնակիչները եւ Վարդենիս քաղաքի պատանի բնասեր կամավորները:Նրանց ուժերով առաջին օրը տնկվեց 6 հազար ծառ:
