 Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության մարզային 15-րդ (Վայոց ձորի) բաժնի աշխատակիցների իրականացրած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ քաղաքացի Գ.Ս.-ն, 2018թ. ապրիլից առանց պետական գրանցման և հարկային մարմնում հաշվառման, իրականացրել է շինանյութի մանրածախ առևտուր: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, պարզվել է, որ ապօրինի գործունեության ընթացքում ձեռնարկատիրական եկամուտը կազմել է 7 միլիոն 76 հազար դրամ: Ապօրինի գործունեության հայտնաբերման դեպքում ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսվում է տուգանքի գանձում՝ ձեռնարկատիրական եկամտի 50%-ի չափով, որն այս դեպքում կազմում է 3 միլիոն 538 հազար դրամ: Պետությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը հաշվարկվում է:

Մեկ այլ դեպքով էլ ՊԵԿ ՕՀՎ մարզային 16-րդ (Տավուշի) բաժնի և ներքին անվտանգության վարչության աշխատակիցները «Դավիթ և Սյուզի» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող բենզալցակայանում և առևտրի սրահում իրականացրել են հսկիչ գնում: Արդյունքում՝ ընկերության աշխատակիցները 50 վրացական լարիով կատարել են բենզինի վաճառք և լիցքավորել հսկիչ գնում իրականացնող աշխատակցի ավտոմեքենան, ինչպես նաև կատարել են 110 վրացական լարիի փոխանակում ՀՀ դրամի՝ խախտելով «Արժութային կարգավորման և արժութային վերահսկողության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջները։
