Պետնախարարն այցելել է Արցախի պետական համալսարան ու Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայություն և ներկայացրել նորանշանակ ղեկավարներին
SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը հոկտեմբերի 9-ին կրթության, գիտության և սպորտի նախարար Նարինե Աղաբալյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Արցախի պետական համալսարան և պրոֆեսորադասախոսական անձնակազմին ներկայացրել նորանշանակ ռեկտոր Արմեն Սարգսյանին: Ինչպե տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության պետնախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, պետական նախարարը նախ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԱրՊՀ նախկին ռեկտոր Մանուշ Մինասյանին՝ բեղմնավոր աշխատանքի համար՝ նշելով, որ անցած հինգ տարիներին մեծ է եղել նրա դերը բուհում իրականացված բարեփոխումների և մի շարք համարձակ որոշումների կայացման գործում: Շնորհավորելով նորանշանակ ռեկտոր Ա. Սարգսյանին՝ բուհի խորհրդի անդամների աջակցությունը ստանալու համար՝ պետնախարարը նշել է, որ կրթական համակարգում նրա ունեցած աշխատանքի մեծ փորձը կարևոր երաշխիք է կրթօջախի առջև դրված խնդիրները հաջողությամբ լուծելու համար: Նա բարձր է գնահատել ԱրՊՀ դերը հանրապետության բարձրագույն կրթության զարգացման գործում և հայտնել կառավարության աջակցությունը առկա մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման ճանապարհին:
Այնուհետև պետնախարարն այցելել է Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայություն և աշխատակազմին ներկայացրել հանրապետության նախագահի հրամանագրով կառույցի ղեկավար նշանակված Մանուշ Մինասյանին: Կարևորելով ԱՎԾ դերը տնտեսության զարգացման և ոլորտում բարեփոխումների իրականացման համար ճշգրիտ ցուցանիշների տրամադրման գործում՝ Գ. Մարտիրոսյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ հաշվի առնելով բնագավառում Մ. Մինասյանի երկարամյա ղեկավարման փորձը, սկսված ծրագրերը նոր թափ կստանան:
Պետնախարարը բարձր է գնահատել ծառայության արդեն նախկին նախագահ Կարեն Ներսիսյանի գործունեությունը՝ նշելով, որ վերջին տարիներին կառույցում ներդրված մի շարք ծրագրերի շնորհիվ ընդլայնվել են իրականացվող աշխատանքների ուղղությունները, որոնք արժանահավատության առումով համապատասխանում են միջազգային չափանիշներին:
