ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Սանիթեք» ընկերությունը նախօրեին հանդես էր եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ կոչ անելով քաղաքացիներին Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջոցառումների օրերին օժանդակել իրենց, աղբը նետել սահմանված վայրերում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ իրենք այդ օրերին աշխատելու են գերծանրաբեռնված գրաֆիկով: Հայտարարության բովանդակությունն ինքնին որևէ հարց չի հարուցում, խնդրահարույց է հայտարարության փաստն ինքնին: Ստացվում է, որ կարիք կա հանդես գալ նման հայտարարությամբ, որպեսզի մենք այսպիսի կարևոր միջոցառման ընթացքում մաքուր պահենք այն տարածքը, որտեղ ապրում ենք: Եվ ոչ միայն նման միջոցառման ընթացքում:
«Սանիթեք» ընկերության աշխատանքային գրաֆիկի հարցը թողնելով իրենց հայեցողությանը, ամեն դեպքում չենք կարող չանդրադառնալ խնդրահարույց այդ հարցին՝ սեփական դռնից այն կողմ որևէ բան չտեսնելուն, որն այսօր՝ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովի միջոցառումների օրերին, ավելի քան աչքի է զարնում: Եվ խնդիրը բնավ այն չէ, որ պետք է դրսի աչքի համար ներկայանալ որպես քաղաքակիրթ, իսկ հետո, երբ արդեն այդ աչքը չի լինի , շարունակել ապրել նույն կերպ:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ թե՛ դրսի, թե՛ ներսի աչքի համար մենք այլևս դառնում ենք բացարձակապես հանրայինի ընկալում չունեցող հասարակություն: Աղբը սահմանված վայրում թափելը, օտարերկրացիների հանդեպ հարգանքը, զբոսաշրջիկներին, մեղմ ասած, չթալանելը օդանավակայաններում և նմանատիպ այլ՝ նորմալ թվացող երևույթներ օտար են դարձել մեզ համար: Անհիմն լավատեսություն կլինի կարծելը, թե խնդիրը բացառապես պետության դաշտում է: Ի վերջո, մենք ապրում ենք հասարակության ակտիվ քաղաքականացման ժամանակաշրջանում և լավ կլինի, որ նմանօրինակ պարզ հարցերի շուրջ ունենանք, այսպես կոչված, ներքևից վերև աշխատանք, երբ հասարակությունն ինքը կորոշի, կկարգավորի սեփական էթիկետը, ոչ թե կսպասի, որ որևէ մեկը անի դա իր փոխարեն:
