«Դեմ ըլլալով կողմ ըլլալու» արվեստը կամ կիսատ կապիտուլյացիայի վտանգները
SOCIETYՀանրապետական կուսակցության հայտարարությունն առ այն, որ իրենք չեն պարաստվում խոչընդոտել արտահերթ ընտրություններին ու թեկնածու չեն առաջադրելու, բայց միաժամանակ կողմ չեն արտահերթ ընտրություններին, հիշեցնում է հայաստանյան քաղաքական լեքսիկոնում հաճախակի կիրառվող ՝ «դեմ ըլլալով կողմ ըլլալ» ասույթը: Ասույթի հիմնական հասցեատեր ՀՅԴ-ի դիրքորոշումը ևս տեղավորվում է նույն տրամաբանության մեջ ՝ նրանք ըստ էության դեմ չեն ընտրություններին, բայց կողմ էլ չեն:
Հասկանալի է, որ ՀՀԿ-ի ու ՀՅԴ-ի կողմ կամ դեմ լինելն այս պարագայում որևէ բան չի փոխում: Հոկտեմբերի 2-ից հետո իրադարձությունների զարգացումը հասցրեց մի հանգրվանի, որ երկու ուժերի դիրքորոշումն, ըստ էության, որևէ բան չի փոխում: Միակ բանը, որ նրանք կարող են անել ՝ ևս մեկ անգամ խաթարել նշմարվող գործընթացը, երկարաձգել քաղաքական ցիկլի ամբողջացումն ու խաղալ իշխանության նյարդերի հետ: Պրակտիկորեն այլ սցենարի իրագործում այլևս անհնար է:
Խնդիրն, ըստ այդմ, ոչ թե այն է, թե ինչ է փոխվում նրանց դիրքորոշման հետևանքով քաղաքական դաշտում, այլ թե ինչ է փոխում նրանց դիրքորոշումը նախ և առաջ իրենց համար: Անհասկանալի է, ի վերջո, այս երկու ուժերը, որոնք փաստացի հայտնվել են հեղափոխության բարիկադների հակառակ կողմում ՝ պատրաստվում են դիմադրե՞լ, թե՞ հանձնվել: Թե՞ պատրաստվում են ընդհանուր պատկերի մեջ մտնելու համար ֆորմալ հանձնվել ՝ պահելով դիմադրության հույսերը:
Հասկանալի է, որ դիրքորոշումների համար հիմք են ծառայում իրավիճակն ու այն ֆոնը, որում ստեղծվում է իրավիճակը, այս դեպքում՝ ահռելի հանրային ճնշումը: Բայց քաղաքականությունը երկար քայլեր հաշվարկելու մասին է, և այս իմաստով անհասկանալի է, թե որոնք են լինելու երկու ուժերի ապագա քայլերը, որտեղ են արվելու այդ քայլերը ՝ հեղափոխական ճամբարում, այդ ճամբարի մայթեզրերին, թե բոլորովին այլ ՝ հակադիր ճամբարում:
Կիսակապիտուլացված և կիսադիմադրողական վիճակը, որն ինչքան էլ պայմանավորված լինի իշխանության և հանրության ճնշմամբ, չհանձնվելու ձգտմամբ ու միաժամանակ դիմադրել չկարողանալու փաստով, առավելապես ներշնչում է անվստահության ու անկայունության զգացում: Առաջին հերթին այդ զգացումը ներշնչվում է հենց այդ երկու ուժերի ու նրանց պոտենցիալ համակիրների մեջ: Մեծ հաշվով իշխանության վարքն իրենց հանդեպ պարզ է, իրենց դիրքորոշումն էլ այլևս իշխանության վարքում ու գործողություններում որևէ բան չի փոխում: Հետևաբար կարելի է ձեռնամուխ լինել այդ դիրքորոշմամբ գոնե սեփական քաղաքական դեմքը փրկելու ուղղությամբ քայլերի:
