Աշոտ Մանուչարյան. «Քոչարյանին ու իր խմբին պետք է դիտարկել որպես արտաքին կառավարման գործիքների»

Հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչ Աշոտ Մանուչարյանի դիտարկմամբ, հայկական հեղափոխական նավը թեև առաջ է շարժվում, բայց շարունակում է գտնվել հեղափոխության փուլում: Կստացվի՞ այն ավարտին հասցնել, թե՞ կմնա օդում, միայն մեզանից է կախված:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ այն ներուժը, որն ակտիվացած է, լավ հեռանկար է ենթադրում: Պարզապես, հիմա պետք է երկիրը կառուցելու քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն: Հիմա մենք դրա փայլուն հնարավորությունն ունենք, բայց ներկայում հարցն այն է, թե ինչքանով այն կկարողանանք իրականացնել»,- past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ա. Մանուչարյանը:

Խոսելով ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի՝ քաղաքականություն վերադառնալու, նրա կողմից ձևավորված թիմի և այն վախերի մասին, որոնք կան հասարակության շրջանում, Ա. Մանուչարյանը նշեց, որ Ռ. Քոչարյանին և իր խմբին ավելի շուտ պետք է դիտարկել որպես արտաքին կառավարման «գործիքների», որոնք անհրաժեշտ մանիպուլացիոն ձևերով ակտիվացվեցին և ստեղծեցին խնդիրներ:

«Ժողովրդի 90 %-ի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շուրջ համախմբումը խոսում է այն մասին, որ ժողովուրդը բնազդով զգաց, որ Հայաստան է գալիս մեծ դեստրուկցիոն ուժ, որը մարմնավորվել է Քոչարյանի և իր շրջապատի տեսքով: Եվ քանի որ դա ժողովրդի համար շատ խորթ մի երևույթ է, ուստի համախմբվեց, որպեսզի թույլ չտա, որ այդ ուժը գա: Եթե Քոչարյանը չլիներ, ապա համախմբումն այլ ձև և բովանդակություն կունենար: Այդ ժամանակ այն կձևավորվեր կառուցման խնդրի շուրջ և հասարակությունը Փաշինյանի կողմից իրականացվող գործողություններին կկարողանար հստակ գնահատական տալ: Որտեղ լավ քայլ տեսներ, կասեր «լավ ես անում», որտեղ տեսներ, որ լավ չէ, կասեր՝ «վատ ես անում»: Բայց, երբ պատերազմ է մտնում երկիր, երկիրը կառուցելու հրամայականը երկրորդ պլան է մղվում և բոլորը համախմբվում են օտար ուժերին դուրս շպրտելու հարցի շուրջ»,- ասաց Ա. Մանուչարյանը:

Ըստ Մանուչարյանի, արտաքին ուժերը, ի դեմս Քոչարյանի, պատերազմ էին հայտարարել Հայաստանի դեմ, բայց այդ խնդիրն արդեն ըստ էության լուծված է: Հիմա հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու և երկիրը կառուցելու ժամանակն է:

«Սա արդեն բոլորովին այլ մշակույթ է ու բոլորովին այլ քայլեր է ենթադրում, որը, կարծում եմ, կկարողանանք ևս իրականացնել»,- ասաց Ա. Մանուչարյանը:

Մանուչարյանի պնդմամբ, շատ ավելի ընդունելի կլինի, եթե առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում լինեն  բոլորովին նոր բովանդակություն ունեցող խոսակցություններ և համագործակցություններ, իսկ ընտրությունները նպաստեն, որպեսզի ի հայտ գան այնպիսի ուժեր, որոնք կարող են նպաստել երկիրը կառուցելուն և զարգացման ճանապարհով տանելուն:

«Այսինքն, այդ դեպքում խոսակցությունը կփոխի իր բովանդակությունը, բայց քանի դեռ նախկին իշխանական ուժերը, ղեկավարները և նրանց սպասարկող շքախմբերը ցանկություն ունենան մասնակցել ընտրություններին, այն կվերածեն տոտալ և ուժային պայքարի: Այդ դեպքում կրկին ժողովրդի մոտ մտավախություն կառաջանա, և կփորձի իշխանությունը կենտրոնացնել մեկ ուժի ձեռքում, որպեսզի կարողանա այդկերպ նախկին համակարգը երկրից դուրս մղել»,- ասաց Ա. Մանուչարյանը:
