ՀՀԿ-ն իր հայտարարությամբ ընդամենը փաստեց, որ իրենք պարտվել են: Իսկ «լավամարդ» դուրս գալու փորձերը, թե իրենք թեկնածու առաջադրելու մտադրություն չունեն, ուղղակի ծիծաղելի են, որովհետև իրենք շատ լավ գիտեն, թե առաջադրելու դեպքում ինչի հետ կառնչվեն: Անդրադառնալով ՀՀԿ խմբակցության հայտարարությանը՝ Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

Նշենք, որ խմբակցությունը մասնավորապես հայտարարել էր, որ չընդունելովդեկտեմբերին արտահերթխորհրդարանականընտրություններանցկացնելուվերաբերյալՀՀկառավարությանբերածհիմնավորումները՝Հանրապետականխմբակցությունըչուներևչունիմտադրությունառաջադրելուվարչապետիիրթեկնածուն:

Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ ՀՀԿ-ն դեռ վերջին հանրահավաքից հետո էր հասկացել, որ պարտված է:

«Խոսքը ԱԺ շենքի մոտ տեղի ունեցած հանրահավաքի մասին է: Իսկ Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքները մեծ հարված էին ՀՀԿ-ին, որն արտահերթ ընտրությունների երկարաձգման փորձ անելով՝ ցանկանում էր խաղալ ժամանակի վրա: Հույս ունեին, որ հետհեղափոխական էյֆորիան կանցնի, և ժողովուրդն ավելի «սթափ» կգնահատի իրավիճակը, բայց իրենք սխալվեցին: Մտածում էին, որ հասարակության որոշ հատված դժգոհ կլինի Փաշինյանի իշխանությունից: Այո՛, կարող է և լինել դժգոհ զանգված, որովհետև 6 ամիսների կառավարման ընթացքում նշանակալի արդյունքներ չեն գրանցվել: Բայց, այդուհանդերձ, որքան էլ հասարակության որոշ մաս դժգոհ լինի Ն. Փաշինյանի իշխանությունից, միևնույն է, ՀՀԿ-ին ձայն չի տալու, քանի որ ՀՀԿ-ի կառավարման աղետալի հետևանքները ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի զգացել է իր մաշկի վրա»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Անդրադառնալով արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացման շուրջ մի շարք հանրապետական պատգամավորների հայտարարություններին,  վարչապետին հայտնած աջակցությանը՝ Գ. Համբարյանը նշեց.

«Ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ ՀՀԿ-ին չեմ դիտում որպես քաղաքական միավոր: Եղել է ակումբ, որը ղեկավարել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Այդ ակումբն ունեցել է բազմաթիվ բևեռներ և այդ բևեռներին միավորող թևը եղել է իշխանությունը: Հիմա, քանի որ ՀՀԿ-ն իշխանություն չէ, մեխանիկորեն այդ կուսակցությունը փլուզված է: Որքան էլ Ս. Սարգսյանը շարունակի լինել կուսակցության ղեկավարը, պարզ է, որ նա, ամեն դեպքում, նախկին նախագահ է. նա այս պարագայում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի վրա ազդեցության որևէ լծակ գրեթե չունի: Այս դեպքում պարզ է նաև, որ ՀՀԿ-ի որոշ բևեռներ անջատվելու են: Խնդիրն այն է, որ այդ անջատվողների մեջ կան պախարակված անձինք: Անձինք, ովքեր եղել են Սերժ Սարգսյանի մտերիմները, անձինք, ովքեր օգտվել են Ս. Սարգսյանի իշխանության «տրամադրած» անպատժելիությունից, կեղծել են ընտրություններ թե՛ գումարներով, թե՛ լցոնումներով և թե՛ կեղծ ցուցակներով»:

Նա շեշտեց, որ այժմ այդ անձանցից ոմանք փորձում են ներթափանցել Ն. Փաշինյանի շրջապատ. «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է շատ զգույշ լինի, որ նմանատիպ պախարակված, հասարակության կողմից չսիրված ու չընդունված քաղաքական գործիչները հանկարծ չհայտնվեն իր կողքին, որովհետև նրանք, միևնույն է, հարվածելու են նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՅԴ-ի դիմադրությանը, Գագիկ Համբարյանը նախ ընդգծեց, որ Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ ՀՅԴ-ն ուղղակի ձախողվեց:

«Մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ արտահերթի դեպքում ՀՅԴ-ն չի հայտնվի նաև ԱԺ-ում: ՀՅԴ-ի ընդդիմանալը կամ արտահերթ ընտրությունների ժամկետների հետ չհամաձայնելն ինչ-որ մեծ ազդեցություն կամ կշիռ չունի: Ես չեմ ուզում ՀՅԴ-ին համեմատել ՀՀԿ-ի հետ, բայց միևնույն է, ՀՅԴ-ն ևս ռեյտինգ չունի»,-եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
