Հիմնավորվել է՝ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում ԲՀԿ թեկնածուն ընտրակաշառք է տվել մի քաղաքացու. ՀՔԾ
POLITICSԸնտրակաշառք տալու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Ս. Շ.-ն, Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության կողմից առաջադրված լինելով որպես ավագանու անդամի թեկնածու, իր ներկայացրած կուսակցության օգտին քվեարկելու համար նախընտրական փուլում կաշառք է տվել Ա. Մ.-ին:
Մասնավորապես, 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 23-ին նշանակված Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունից, ի թիվս այլ թեկնածուների, առաջադրված է եղել նաև Ս. Շ.-ն:
Նախընտրական փուլում՝ 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, Ս. Շ.-ն պարզելով, որ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ` ամուսիններ Շ. Մ.-ն և Ա. Մ.-ն մասնակցելու են կայանալիք արտահերթ ընտրություններին, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության օգտին առավելագույն քվեներ ապահովելու և իր ներկայացրած կուսակցության համար ընտրություններում ցանկալի արդյունք արձանագրելու անձնական և խմբային շահերից ելնելով՝ նրանց առաջարկել է կայանալիք ընտրությունների ժամանակ քվեարկել իր ներկայացրած կուսակցության օգտին:Ա. Մ.-ն Ս. Շ.-ի ներկայացրած կուսակցության օգտին քվեարկելու համար վերջինիցս պահանջել է դրա դիմաց վճարել իրենց խմելու ջրի պարտքը՝ 150.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով:
Ս. Շ.-ն խոստացել է Ա. Մ.-ին և նրա ամուսնուն ընտրություններից հետո վճարել նրանց խմելու ջրի պարտքի կեսը:
Այսպիսով, վերը նկարագրված հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքների կատարման համար Ս. Շ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, իսկ Ա. Մ.-ին՝ 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին` այն դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
