Լուի Պուզանը Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի տնտեսական ֆորումում հայտարարեց համացանցի ժամանակակից խնդիրները լուծելու նոր համակարգի մասին
SOCIETYՆոր ստեղծվող «Ռինա» կոչվող համակարգը լուծում է տալու համացանցի ժամանակակից խնդիրներին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում անցկացվող տնտեսական ֆորումի ընթացքում նշեց ֆրանսիացի գյուտարար, CYCLADES ցանցի հիմնադիրներից Լուի Պուզանը:
«Դուք իմացաք, թե ինչպես ենք մենք նախաձեռնել ինտերնետի ստեղծումը, որից անցել է շուրջ 50 տարի: Մենք հասել ենք մի կետի, որտեղ ինտերնետն այլևս առաջ գնալու տեղ չունի: Եվ հետո ի՞նչ պիտի անենք: Կան մարդիկ, ովքեր մտածում են այս հարցի շուրջ: ԱՄՆ-ից մեկը նոր համակարգ է մտածել: Այն ունի բավականին եզակի նշանակություն: Մենք այդ նոր համակարգ ունենալուն շատ մոտ ենք լինելու»,- հայտարարեց Պուզանը:
Ֆորումից հետո ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների փոխնախարար Մանե Ադամյանը մանրամասնեց՝ Պուզանը հայտարարեց նոր համացանցի ստեղծման մասին, որը կոչվում է «Ռինա», սրանով փորձելու են լուծում տալ համացանցի ժամանակակից խնդիրներին։ «Ինտերնետում ինֆորմացիան շերտավոր է և այսօր խնդիր ունենք ինֆորմացիան տեղավորելու, նաեւ ապահովելու այդ ինֆորմացիայի անվտանգությունը։ Իրենց համակարգը լուծում է այդ խնդիրը՝ հորիզոնական դարձնելով այդ ինֆորմացիան։ Սա իսկապես գլոբալ կարևորության նորություն է, որը դեռ ճանապարհ պետք է անցնի, այսինքն՝ գաղափարը եւ հիմքը կա, պետք է զարգացնել դա»- ասաց Ադամյանը:
Նա նշեց՝ ժամանակին նույն կերպ Պուզանը ինտերնետն է ստեղծել: «Ծրագիրը սկսելու ենք զարգացնել Հայաստանում եւ դառնալու ենք նոր ինտերնետի՝ «Ռինա Հայաստանի» զարգացման կենտրոնը»,- եզրափակեց փոխնախարարը:
Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 17-րդ գագաթաժողովի շրջանակում «Թումո»-ում մեկնարկել էր տնտեսական ֆորումը: Հոկտեմբերի 10-ի այս միջոցառումն առաջինն էր Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովների պատմության մեջ: Այն անցկացվեց ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի բարձր հովանու ներքո:2014թ.-ին Դաքարում անցկացված Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 15-րդ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում մասնակիցները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել առավել խորացնել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի տնտեսական ուղղությունը՝ ընդունելով Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի առաջին տնտեսական ռազմավարությունը: Ռազմավարության նպատակն է «ուժեղացնել ֆրանկոֆոն տնտեսական գոտին՝ դիմագրավելով տնտեսական, սոցիալական, էներգետիկ եւ բնապահպանական մարտահրավերների հանգեցնող խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաեւ հակազդել գլոբալ տնտեսական եւ ֆինանսական համակարգերում աճող անհամաչափություններին»:
