Ռուսաստանին կարող են 2019թ. դուրս թողնել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կազմից
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կարող է դուրս մնալ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կանոնադրական մարմինների անդամ պետությունների շարքից, եթե մինչև հաջորդ տարվա կեսերը չսկսի համապատասխան վճարումներ անել կառույցի բյուջե:
Ինչպես նշում է ria.ru-ն, նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղար Թորբորն Յագլանդը:
Պաշտոնյան մանրամասնել է, որ Ռուսաստանն իրեն թույլ է տալիս տևական ժամանակ անհրաժեշտ վճարումները չանել, ինչն էլ իր հերթին իրավունք է տալիս պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել այդ երկրի դեմ:
Յագլանդը հիշեցրել է, որ 2019թ. հունիսին կլրանա Ռուսաստանի կողմից միջազգային կառույցի բյուջե արված վերջին վճարման պահից ի վեր երկամյա ժամկետը: Եվ եթե Մոսկվան նոր վճարում չանի, ապա կարող է դադարեցնել իր աշխատանքը Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում:
Մինչդեռ ՌԴ պետդումայի փոխնախագահ Պյոտր Տոլստոյն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում անդամակցել մի կառույցի, որը խտրական վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերում ազգային պատվիրակությունների նկատմամբ:
Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ Ռուսաստանի և ԵԽ-ի հարաբերությունները ներկայում բարդ փուլում են: Լարվածությունը սրվել է 2014-2015թթ., երբ ռուս խորհրդարանականներից մի քանիսը զրկվել են մի շարք իրավունքներից՝ Ղրիմի հարցում իրենց դիրքորոշման պատճառով:
Պաշտոնական Մոսկվան հայտարարել է, որ նման պայմաններում աշխատելն անհնար է ու դադարել է մասնակցել նիստերին: Այնուհետև ԵԽ-ն ոչ միայն չի չեղարկել Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները, այլև նորերն է սահմանել:
2017թ. հունիսին Մոսկվայի ու Ստրասբուրգի միջև կոնֆլիկտն ավելի է թեժացել, Ռուսաստանը հայտարարել է, որ ԵԽ բյուջե գումար չի վճարի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ԵԽԽՎ-ում ռուսական պատվիրակության իրավունքները լիարժեք չեն վերականգնվել:
