Էջմիածնի հոգսերով ու զարգացմամբ զբաղվելու է քաղաքապետը, այլ ոչ թե ինչ-որ պաշտոնյա Երևանից․ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու (տեսանյութ)
POLITICS«Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության՝ Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Սերգեյ Սարգսյանը վստահ է իր ուժերում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ անկախ ընտրության արդյունքներից ինքը պատրաստ է սեղմել հաղթած թեկնածուի ձեռքը։
«Կողմնակից եմ այս նոր քաղաքական մշակույթին, երբ մեր թեկնածուն՝ Արտակ Զեյնալյանը, սեղմեց Հայկ Մարությանի ձեռքը։ Ինքս հայտարարում եմ, որ եթե չհաղթեմ, կսեղմեմ հաղթողի ձեռքը, քանի որ նա ընտրվել է ազատ ընտրությունների արդյունքում, և մեր քաղաքացիների համար նա լավագույն է»,- ասաց նա։
Սարգսյանին չի անհանգստացնում այն հանգամանքը, որ Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետի 12 թեկնածուների մեջ է նաև վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմի՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» կողմից սատարվող Դիանա Գասպարյանը։ Սարգսյանը հիշում է Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքները, որտեղ 80 տոկոս ձայն հավաքեց վարչապետի թիմը, սակայն կարծում է, որ Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետի ընտրությունները լրիվ այլ կերպ կընթանան։
«Երևանում շատ քաղաքականացված ու այլ թիրախներով ընտրություն էր։ Էջմիածինը յուրահատուկ քաղաք է, փոքր քաղաք է և մի ընտանիքի պես մեր քաղաքացիները հասկանում են, որ Էջմիածնի հոգսերով ու զարգացմամբ զբաղվելու է քաղաքապետը, այլ ոչ թե ինչ-որ պաշտոնյա Երևանից կամ այլ մարզից։ Դրա համար վստահ եմ, որ Էջմիածնի բնակիչներն այս ազատ, արդար, թափանցիկ ընտրությունների ժամանակ իրենց ձայնը կտան լավագույնին»,- ընդգծեց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը։
Հարցին՝ Էջմիածնի ավագանու անդամները չեն փոխել, այդ դեպքում ինչպե՞ս է պատկերացնում աշխատանքը հին համակարգի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, Սարգսյանն արձագանքեց, թե իրավիճակ է փոխվել, և չբացառեց, որ մարդիկ, իրավիճակի փոփոխությունից ելնելով՝ այլ կերպ աշխատեն։
«Պետք է նշեմ, որ անձնապես ծանոթ չեմ ավագանու անդամներին կամ նախկին իշխանություններին։ Ժամանակը կգա, եթե ժողովուրդն էլ իր քվեն վստահի ինձ, ապա մենք ունենք ծրագիր վերանայելու այն բոլոր գործընթացները մեր համայնքում, որոնք նախկինում կատարվել են։ Եթե օրենքի սահմանում կա հնարավորություն համայնքից օտարված գույքը վերադարձնել համայնքին, ապա մենք դա կանենք։ Իրավիճակ է փոխվել, հուսով եմ՝ ավագանու անդամները, որոնք մասնակցել են այդ գործընթացներին, այլ դիրքորոշում կունենան»,- շարունակեց Սարգսյանը։
Սերգեյ Սարգսյանը շեշտեց՝ իր ծրագրում, որը կյանքի է կոչելու ընտրվելու պարագայում, հստակ ամրագրված է, որ Էջմիածինը պետք է լինի ժամանակակից, շեն ու առողջ, արդյունավետ կառավարվող։ Նրա համար առաջնային է, որ Էջմիածին քաղաքը դառնա անվտանգ ու նմանվի Վատիկանին։
