Վանաձորում կրակոցներն արձակվել են ավտոմեքենայից. հարուցվել է քրեական գործ
SOCIETYՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության փորձ կատարելու, ապօրինի զենք և ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից:
2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 19.05-ին, «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ իրենց մոտ «ձախ սրունքի և աջ ազդրի հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության են ընդունվել Գ. Նավոյանը, «աջ ուսագոտու շրջանի հրազենային միջանցիկ վնասվածք, պարանոցի աջ կեսի հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ` Գ.Դավթյանը և «ձախ ոտնաթաթի հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ` Ա. Սեդրակյանը:
Դեպքի առթիվ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին ու 6-րդ կետերի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ նշված անձինք մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ, երբ ինքնությունը դեռևս չպարզված անձը, հոկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի ռեստորանային համալիրներից մեկի դիմաց՝ իր մոտ պահած հրազենից, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կրակոցներ է արձակել:
Կատարված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններով պարզվել է, որ վերոհիշյալ կրակոցները կատարվել են սև «ՎԱԶ-21074» մակնիշի, 35 PM 312 հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայից, որով և ենթադրյալ հանցանք կատարած անձը դեպքի վայրից դիմել է փախուստի:
Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 18:05-ին, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունից ստացված հաղորդման կապակցությամբ նախապատրաստված նյութերով տվյալներ են ստացվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգ փողոցի 15/1 հասցեի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ՎԱԶ-21074 մակնիշի, 35 PM 312 հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ այրվող վիճակում: Կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են 30 պարկուճ:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործը:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ առկա է միաժամանակյա բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննություն ապահովելու անհրաժեշտություն, հիշյալ քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթում:
Դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու համար իրականացվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, հարցաքննվել են մոտ երկու տասնյակ անձինք:
Բուժօգնության դիմած քաղաքացիները ճանաչվել են տուժող: Քրեական գործով մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
