Արցախի ՊՆ-ն ներկայացրել է զինծառայող Գևորգ Հարոյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները
SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ներկայացրել է զինծառայող Գևորգ Սուրենի Հարոյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶԳԳՎ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի տեղեկությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ԱՀ պաշտպանության նախարության տարածած հայտարարությունը:
«ՊԲ զինծառայող Գևորգ Սուրենի Հարոյանի մահվան հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ վերջին օրերին համացանցում տարածվող տարատեսակ մեկնաբանություններին վերջ դնելու և հանրությանը իրազեկելու նպատակով Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը ներկայացնում է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶԳԳՎ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը.
Ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 10:50-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ հարավարևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի զինծառայող, շարքային Գ. Ս. Հ.-ն վաշտի զինանոցում մաքրության կատարելու ընթացքում համածառայող Գ. Հ. Ց.-ին ամրակցված ինքնաձիգից կրակոց է արձակել իր կրծքավանդակի ձախակողմյան հատվածում և տեղափոխվել զինվորական հոսպիտալ, որտեղ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 15:05-ին մահացել է:
Կատարված նախնական և անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքները բավարար հիմքեր են տվել ենթադրելու, որ Գ. Հ.-ն մահացել է իր իսկ գործողությունների արդյունքում:
Փաստի առթիվ 01.10.2018թ-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ դեպքի նախորդ օրերին, նույն վաշտի զինծառայողներ՝ կրտսեր սերժանտ Մ. Չ.-ի (Արմավիրի ԶԿ) և շարքային Գ. Հ.-ի միջև տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում Մ. Չ.-ն բռնություն է գործադրել և կոպիտ հայհոյանք հնչեցրել Գ. Հ.-ի հասցեին: Վիճաբանությանը միջամտել է նույն վաշտի ժամկետային զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտ Դ. Ս.-ն (Էրեբունու ԶԿ)և մեկ անգամ հարվածել Գ. Հ.-ին:
Վաշտի հրամանատար, կապիտան Լ. Պ.-ն (Գյումրիի ԶԿ), տեղյակ լինելով վերոնշյալ դեպքի մասին, թաքցրել է դեպքը, իսկ դեպքի նախորդ օրը՝ երեկոյան՝ քուն հրամանից հետո, իր աշխատասենյակում նախատել, դիտողություն է արել Գ. Հ.-ին, ստորացուցիչ հայհոյանք հնչեցրել նրա հասցեին:
02.10.2018թ-ին կրտսեր սերժանտ Մ. Չ.-ն ձերբակալվել է:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա 04.10.2018թ. Մ. Չ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 358.1-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
04.10.2018թ-ին Լ. Պ.-ն ևս ձերբակալվել է:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա 07.10.2018թ. Լ. Պ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 375-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 360-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
09.10.2018թ. ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 358.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաև Դ. Ս.-ին: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել զորամասի հրամանատարության հսկողության հանձնելը»:
