Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ պետքարտուղարը վստահ է, որ ՖՄԿ նորընտիր գլխավոր քարտուղարը կզարգացնի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայում երիտասարդների թեման
SOCIETYՖրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պետական քարտուղար Ժան-Բատիստ Լեմուանը շատ է կարևորում Երևանում կայացած Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության 17-րդ գագաթնաժողովը և վստահություն հայտնում, որ նորընտիր գլխավոր քարտուղարը կկարողանա զարգացնել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի կազմակերպությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նախարարության պետքարտուղարը նշեց Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության 17-րդ գագաթնաժողովի ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ժամանակ:
«Սա շատ կարևոր պահ է բոլորիս համար, որ մենք ապրեցինք այս շաբաթ, և այն կարևոր էր հատկապես Հայաստանի համար: Մենք՝ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը, գնում ենք դեպի 50-ամյակ, որը կնշվի Թունիսում: Կարծում եմ՝ սա շատ կարևոր խորհրդանիշ է, քանի որ այդ երկրից է եղել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի հիմնադիր հայրերից մեկը՝ Հաբիբ Բուրգիբան, ով նաև թունիսցի քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչ էր, իսկ այսօր Թունիսը ներկայացնում է տվյալ երկրի արտաքին գործերի և համագործակցության նախարար Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոն, ով այսուհետև գլխավորելու է կազմակերպությունը»,- նշեց Ժան-Բատիստ Լեմուանը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը ձեռք ձեռքի տված աշխատելու է բոլոր անդամ պետությունների, ինչպես նաև նորընտիր գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ:
«Ֆրանկոֆոնիան միևնույն ժամանակ և՛ միասնություն է, և՛ բազմազանություն: Միասնություն է այն լեզվի միջոցով, որով մենք հաղորդակցվում ենք, իսկ բազմազանություն՝ այն պատմության միջոցով, որ ամենքս ունեցել ենք»,- շեշտեց Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարարության պետքարտուղարը:
Լեմուանը ողջույններ հղեց նախորդ տնօրինությանը՝ ՖՄԿ նախկին գլխավոր Միկայել Ժանին, Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի մշտական խորհրդի կառավարիչ Ադամա Ուանին:
«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ մեր համաքաղաքացիները հարցեր են տալիս ճգնաժամերի ավելացման վերաբերյալ, բայց Ֆրանկոֆոնիան հենց դրա համար է տվյալ երկրում, որպեսզի կարողանա ինչ-որ տեսակի «բուժամիջոցներ» առաջարկել իրավիճակի կարգավորման համար: Այդ «բուժամիջոցները» առաջարկվում են այնպիսի կառույցների հետ միասին, ինչպիսիք են՝ ՄԱԿ-ը կամ տարածաշրջանային կազմակերպությունները»,- ասաց Ժան-Բատիստ Լեմուանը և հավելեց, որ բոլոր անդամ պետությունները ցանկություն ունեն ավելի սերտ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի և այլ կառույցների միջև:
Նա վստահեցրեց, որ Ֆրանկոֆոնիան ոչ միայն գրավիչ է այն տարածքների համար, որտեղ ֆրանսերենն օգտագործվում է արդեն տասնամյակներ շարունակ, այլ նաև այն տարածքների, որոնց համար ֆրանսերենը հիմնական լեզուներից չէ:
«Այդ պետություններն ընտրություն են արել ավելի մոտենալու Ֆրանկոֆոնիային և հասանելիություն ունենալ դեպի մի ոլորտ, մի տիրույթ, որը վերաբերում է երիտասարդությանը: Կարծում եմ երիտասարդության թեման շատ կարևոր է նաև Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոն համար, քանի որ նա հավատում է, որ կկարողանա այն առաջ տանել՝ կրթության, աշխատանքի և փոխանակումների միջոցով»,- ընդգծեց Լեմուանը:
Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պետքարտուղարը խոսքն ավարտեց՝ մեջբերելով ֆրանսիական «Տրի յան» երաժշտական խմբի, որի երգում ասվում է. «Ֆրանկոֆոնիան չունի թուղթ, այն գոյություն ունի, եթե յուրաքանչյուր սերնդի կին թե տղամարդ իրեն ճանաչում է որպես ֆրանկոֆոն»:
