Անի խոշորացված համայնքի խնդիրները ներկայացվել են ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ուսումնասիրությանը
SOCIETYԱնի խոշորացված համայնքի բնակիչների բողոքների հիման վրա մասնագետների կողմից արված ուսումնասիրությունը և խնդիրները ներկայացվել են ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ուսումնասիրությանը:
Այս մասին Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարարի օգնական Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը: Համայնքի բնակիչներից շատերն արդեն մոտ 1 ամիս է իրենց բողոքն են հայտնում՝ պահանջելով համայնքի ղեկավար Արտակ Գևորգյանի հրաժարականը: Համայնքի ղեկավարն էլ իր կողմից պնդում է, որ բողոքներն անհիմն են:
Բողոքի մասնակիցներն այս ընթացքում դիմել էին տարբեր միջոցների՝ ցույցից մինչև Երևան-Գյումրի մայրուղու փակումը, իսկ վերջին 10 օրերի ընթացքում նույնիսկ փակել են համայնքապետարանի մուտքը՝ չթողնելով համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցներին և անձամբ համայնքի ղեկավարին մուտք գործել համայնքապետարան: Երկու կողմերի՝ համայնքի բնակիչների և անձամբ համայնքապետի հետ հանդիպումներ ունեցել են մարզային կառույցի ներկայացուցիչներ, սակայն ապարդյուն, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին համայնքում էր ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը:
Նույն օրը Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարարի օգնական Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը փաստեց՝ մինչ այս փորձ է արվել չմիջամտել համայնքի գործերին, իսկ մասնագետների կողմից արված ուսումնասիրությունը և խնդիրները ներկայացվել են ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ուսումնասիրությանը: «Պարբերաբար աշխատանքներ են տարվել, պարբերաբար կապի մեջ ենք եղել համայնքի ղեկավարի հետ: Մենք համապատասխան հորդորներ ու խնդրանքներ հղեցինք ղեկավարին, բացատրեցինք իրավիճակը, քանի որ ՏԻՄ է, և մենք այլ կերպ չէինք կարող:
Այս ողջ ընթացքում Անի համայնքի՝ հատկապես Մարալիկ բնակավայրի իրավիճակը եղել է ինչպես մեր, այնպես էլ մարզպետարանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Մենք փորձել ենք այնպես անել, որ իրավիճակը շատ չլարվի»,- նշեց Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը՝ փաստելով, որ հրաժարականի և նոր ընտրության առաջարկ Արտակ Գևորգյանին եղել է, սակայն մինչ այս վերջինս հստակ պատասխան չի տվել այդ առաջարկի մասով: «Եթե ճիշտ է այն, որ, ինչպես պնդում է Արտակ Գևորգյանը, միայն ժողովրդի փոքր հատվածն է իրեն դեմ, ապա նոր ընտրության դեպքում Արտակ Գևորգյանն ունի բոլոր հիմքերը ապացուցելու, որ իր կողմնակիցների թիվն ավելի մեծ է»,- նշեց Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը:
