INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Պետական Դումայի խոսնակ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինը չի բացառել, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է դուրս գալ Եվրոպայի խորհրդից: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինն այդ մասին հայտարարել է «Շաբաթօրյա նորություններ» հաղորդման եթերի ժամանակ: «Մենք կարող ենք խոսել այն մասին, որ, եթե այսպես շարունակվի, չենք բացառում, որ դուրս կգանք այդ կառույցից»,- ասել է ՌԴ Պետական Դումայի խոսնակը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրավիճակը կապված է Ռուսաստանի և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի միջև հարաբերությունների ճգնաժամով, որը շարունակվում է ավելի քան 4 տարի, ինչպես նաև ազգային պատվիրակությունների նկատմամբ հնարավոր խտրական վերաբերմունքը բացառելու մասին կանոնադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ անելու ԵԽԽՎ-ի անկարողությունը:
«Եվրոպական դատարանի դատավորների կեսից ավելին արդեն ընտրվել են: Մենք չենք մասնակցել: Մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով հանձնակատարն արդեն ընտրվել է: Մենք չենք մասնակցել»,- ասել է Վոլոդինը:
