Ադրբեջանում ամեն տարի դպրոցների շրջանավարտների 60 տոկոսից ավելին չեն կարողանում ավարտական քննություններից դրական գնահատականներ ստանալ, իսկ շրջանավարտների միայն 30-40 տոկոսն է փորձում ընդունվել ԲՈՒՀ, սակայն, նրանցից 60 տոկոսից ավելին էլ ի վիճակի չէ հաղթահարել ընդունվելու համար նվազագույն միավորների շեմը:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները' նշելով, որ նման իրավիճակի պատճառներից մեկն էլ ադրբեջանական դպրոցներում դասավանդման խիստ ցածր մակարդակն է:
Անդրադառնալով թեմային, մասնավորապես հaqqin.az լրատվական կայքը գրում է, որ «ադրբեջանական ուսուցիչների մակարդակը շրիշակից (պլինթուս) էլ ցածր է...ավելի ցածր, քան կրթության նախարարություն է մեկնաբանում»:
«Մայրաքաղաք Բաքվի դպրոցներում ուսուցիչների որակավորումն այնքան ցածր է, որ նրանցից շատերը աշակերտներից ավելի վատ են ծանոթ իրենց դասավանդած առարկային: Խնդիրը չի կարող լուծել նաեւ ուսուցիչների համար Ադրբեջանի կրթության նախարարության անցկացրած գիտելիքների ստուգման թեսթերը, որը կարողացել է մի կերպ հաղթահարել նրանց 63 տոկոսը, իսկ 10 տոկոսն, ընդհանրապես չի կարողացել հաղթահարել նվազագույն շեմը: Քանի որ դրանով նախարարությունը որոշել է միայն ազդել ուսուցչի աշխատավարձի վրա' կախված այդ թեսթերի արդյունքից բարձրացնելով կամ նվազեցնելով աշխա տավարձի չափը», -գրում է կայքը:
Կայքը ծիծաղելի է համարում Ադրբեջանի կրթության նախարարության մարդկային ռեսուրսների բաժնի ղեկավար Իլհամ Նաղիեւի այն դիտարկումը, թե ինքը շատ գոհ է թեսթերի արդյունքներից, քանի որ «ուսուցիչներից ոչ մեկը 10 տոկոսից ցածր չի իջել»: Կայքը նաեւ մտահոգություն է հայտնում, թե եթե մայրաքաղաքում նման պատկեր է, ապա այն ինչքան ցավալի կարող է լինել շրջաններում:
Ուշագրավ է նաեւ, որ համատարած անգրագիտությամբ Ադրբեջանի դպրոցների բոլոր դասարաններում գրատախտակների վերեւում պարտադիր կերպով կախված են Ալիեւ ավագի եւ կրտսերի' Իլհամ Ալիեւի դիմանկարները:
Ադրբեջանական Faktxeber.com լրատվական կայքն էլ հայտնում է, որ հուլիսից այս կողմ Ադրբեջանում ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձերն ուշացվում են, նրանք նոր ուսումնական տարում դեռեւս շխատավարձ չեն ստացել:
Ըստ կայքի, փորձագետների կարծիքով' դա կապված է այն բանի հետ, որ նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման հետ կապված Ադրբեջանում ծագած լուրջ տնտեսական ճգնաժամի պատճառով բյուջեից հատկացումները նվազելու հետ դպրոցները ֆինանսավորող տեղական գործադիր իշխանության մարմինների միջոցներն սպառվել են:
