Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ապօրինի որս կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է տարվում՝ ապօրինի որս կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 15-ին Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի կենսաբազմազանության վերահսկողության վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից կատարված ստուգայցի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է ապօրինի որս կատարելու դեպք:
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ Արարատի մարզի երեք բնակիչներ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Չկալովկա համայնքի վարչական տարածքում առերևույթ իրականացրել են ապօրինի որս:
Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ նշված անձինք որսացել են ՀՀ կենդանիների կարմիր գրքում գրանցված թվով 3 մարգահավ, որոնց որսն ամբողջովին արգելված է: Բացի այդ, որսացել են նաև սահմանված քանակից ավելի լոր տեսակի թռչուն՝ պետությանը պատճառելով 316 000 ՀՀ դրամի վնաս:
Փաստի առթիվ 2018թ. հոկտեմբերի 12-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 294-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 3-րդ կետով:
Իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀքրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
