Քննություն է տարվում բժշկական կենտրոնում բուժվող հիվանդի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու համար
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի վարույթ է ընդունվել բժշկական կենտրոնում հիվանդի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը: ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ում բուժվող երիտասարդի մորից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ իր տղան՝ Ս.Դավթյանը, 3 օր է՝ բժիշկների պատճառով կոմայի մեջ է:
Oպերատիվ խմբին Ս.Դավթյանի քույրը հայտնել է, որ 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 22-ին իր եղբայրը ողնաշարի սուր ցավերով տեղափոխվել է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ և ընդունվել ստացիոնար բուժման, սակայն վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի բժիշկների սխալ բուժման հետևանքով սեպտեմբերի 25-ից գտնվում է կոմայի մեջ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
2018 թվականի Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին քրեական գործն ստացվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և նույն օրն ընդունվել վարույթ:
Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին Ս.Դավթյանը «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ում մահացել է: Նույն օրը նա ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզաբանելու համար նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Բժշկական կենտրոնից առգրավվել է երիտասարդի հիվանդության պատմագիրը:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական միջոցներ՝ դեպքի բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքովսահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
