INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումը կարող է հանգեցնել քաղաքական մենաշնորհի հաստատմանը: Այս մասին Քոչարյանը հայտնել է РИА Новости-ի հետ զրույցում:
«Տակտիկապես դա հասկանալի վարքագիծ է. հաջողության հասնել հիմա՝ ժողովրդականության գագաթնակետին գտնվելիս: Մարտավարական առումով ես խնդիրներ եմ տեսնում, այսինքն՝ որպես քաղաքական գործիչ դու շահում ես, իսկ որպես պետական գործիչ՝ դեռ պետք է մտածել. արժե՞ր արդյոք այժմ այսպես անել», - ասել է Քոչարյանը ռուսական գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում:
Վերջինս կասկածանք է հայտնել, որ էյֆորիայի պայմաններում կհաջողվի իսկապես արժանի խորհրդարան ընտրել: «Չեմ կարծում, որ ճիշտ է պետության շահերի տեսանկյունից նոր քաղաքական մենաշնորհ ձևավորելը», - հավելել է Քոչարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ «ամբողջական իշխանությունը նաև ամբողջական պատասխանատվություն է»: «Այդ իսկ պատճառով իմ տեսակետն այսպիսին է. ավարտվում է որոշակի փուլ, բոլորի համար դա որոշակի ռեստարտ է, այսինքն՝ նոր իշխանություն կձևավորվի, որը կարտացոլի հասարակության ընթացիկ տրամադրությունը, այդ իշխանությունն այդ պահից ի վեր պետք է ամբողջական պատասխանատվություն կրի այն ամենի համար, ինչ տեղի է ունենում երկրում», - ընդգծել է Քոչարյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր հրաժարական է ներկայացրել, որին հաջորդել է Կառավարության հրաժարականը:
Ըստ Փաշինյանի ներկայացրած արտահերթ ընտրություններին հասնելու քարտեզի՝ Ազգային ժողովը երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում երկու անգամ վարչապետ չընտրելով արձակելու է Կառավարությունը, և հանրապետության նախագահի կողմից նշանակվելու են ընտրություններ։
