Հայաստանում պապիլոմավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստումներն ունեցել են ընդամենը 5 տոկոս ընդգրկվածություն
SOCIETYՀայաստանում դեռ 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ներդրված պապիլոմավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստումներն ունեցել են շատ ցածր ընդգրկվածություն. 13 տարեկան աղջիկների միայն մոտ 5 տոկոսն է ստացել այդ պատվաստումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Հայաստանի իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի ղեկավար Գայանե Սահակյանը մտահոգիչ է համարում ցուցանիշը ու նշում, որ պատվաստանյութի ներկրումը լավ չի ընկալվել ոչ միայն բնակչության, այլ բուժաշխատողների շրջանում: «Մենք պատվաստման ներդրման հետ կապված նախապատրաստական ողջ միջոցառումներն իրականացնում էինք ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում, այսինքն` զուգահեռ իրականացվող հակապատվաստումային քարոզի հետ մեկտեղ: Այս իրավիճակում բավականին դժվար էր առկա ռեսուրսները միանգամից երկու ուղղությամբ աշխատացնելը: Արդյունքում բնակչության շրջանում վախի, սարսափի մթնոլորտն ավելի գերակշռեց և մենք ունեցանք ցածր ընդգրկվածություն»,-ասաց նա:
Գայանե Սահակյանի խոսքով՝բուժաշխատողները ևս կասկածներ ունեին պատվաստման հաջողության վրա և ունենալով որոշակի կասկածներ չկարողացան համոզվածություն ներշնչել բնակչության շրջանու:
«Ես կարծում եմ , որ այս իրավիճակը բոլորովին վերջնական չէ և այն կարելի է հետ դարձնել: Մեր բուժաշխատողներին մենք պետք է ներկայացնենք ապացուցողական տեղեկատվություն, այլ երկրների փորձ և մեր հաջորդ քայլերը լինելու են շարունակական հետևողական աշխատանքներ»,-նշեց իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի ղեկավարը:
Հայաստանում ամեն տարի արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղ ախտորոշվում է 270 կնոջ մոտ, շուրջ 130 կին էլ դրանից մահանում է :Արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղը համարվում է քաղցկեղի երկրորդ առավել հաճախակի հանդիպող տեսակը հայաստանցի կանանց մոտ:
Մարդու պապիլոմա վիրուսային վարակի դեմ պատվաստումը , ի լրումն հայտնաբերելի և բուժելի նախաքաղցկեղային ախտահարումների ՊԱՊ սքրինինգի, արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման առավել արդյունավետ եղանակներից է:
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունն ունի արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման համապարփակ ռազմավարություն, որի կարևորագույն մասն է կազմում բոլոր 13 տարեկան աղջիկների պատվաստումը ՄՊՎ-ի դեմ: Իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրով ՄՎՊ-ի դեմ առաջարկվում է քառավալենտ պատվաստանյութ: 2006 թվականին դրա ներմուծումից ի վեր ամբողջ աշխարհում կատարվել է ՄՊՎ-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութի ավելի քան 270 միլիոն դեղաչափ: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ այն ապահով պատվաստանյութ է և գործուն պաշտպանություն է ցուցաբերում արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի սեռական գորտնուկների դեմ:
